Nice work! The Erica's will save your butt at night. I'm glad you took my suggestion for the trigger tap for the power module. I didn't see a RD...or did I miss something? The biggest benefit of doing it all yourself is that YOU know where everything is, how its wired and how it comes apart. That knowledge will come in handy in the event of a breakdown. Good luck on your BBG. I'll look forward to the ride report.
Makes me miss my 14 K1600 GTL. it had Erica lights, RDL, 7Jurock and many of the other accessories you installed. I’m about half way there with my Goldwing DCT Tour, and Ericas are next.
My buddy has a DCT and he is in the process of getting his ready. he is building some light mounts that also allow for some sort of wing vents all near the mirror? Thanks for watching...Dave
@@KendallAdventureandTravel I have seen some that allow that as well as accessory mount balls, maybe a different design. I’ll keep mine as simple as I can:)
@@KendallAdventureandTravel Dave: Thanks for the videos, love them and please keep them coming. Regarding your lighting set up......Is your plan run the "upper" yellow lights 100% of the time? And if so, are those primary for you to be seen? When do you plan to use the lower white lights? Are they switched separately or connected to your high beam?
@@waltermitty7452 The thing with Clearwater lights, they use what they call an EZ Can, it connects into the BMW wire harness so they are controllable with the stock BMW switches. From the factory they are set to run at 30% intensity on low beam and 100% at high beam. Years ago I bought them for my first GSA thinking they would be great at night, but they do such a great job at making my self " Seen" that they are just as important during the day as they are at night. I still leave the OEM BMW lights on as well. You can switch them off easily if you for some reason do not want them on...Dave
@@KendallAdventureandTravel Okay....so you will run the Yellow Erica and the lower white lights (not sure which product they are) DAY and NIGHT? So on 100% of all the time, just at varying degrees of intensity?
@@waltermitty7452 Yes Sir that is correct. The lower White lights are BMW original equipment, they can also be shut off if need be, but I run them all the time. Dave Hope this helps
She’s a beauty! Can’t wait for you to do a IB challenge on it. Looks like it will perform great.
Thank you....Hoping for a BBG Next week...I'll film it for sure...Dave
Nicely done! Can’t wait to see it in person amigo!!!
Thanks, Yeah we need to catch up...Dave
