this is business school folks. it's not about being first, it's about the user and developing a comprehensive strategy for the long term. Phones will fade in 5 years; obsolete in ten. Look at the thought and dedication that went in to the product for the sake of the user (SJ)... it is pretty cool now and going to get better.
