    I wasn't entirely sure if I'd be able to make sense of this one, but it seems I did alright.
    ALSO, I did consider Luxord as a third person who might have told Yozora to save Sora, but unfortunately that was after I had already put the video up.
    AND ALSO, if you need more explanation on this theory, I made a follow-up video to clarify the points made in this video.

    An alternative theory is that, when Yozora says “I will save you”, he didn’t mean save as in “rescue” but save as in “conserve”. The reason why he was fighting Sora was to test his abilities to possibly solve some problem, and this is supported by Luxord’s line in the good ending: “Impressive, is it not?”
    Luxord was referring to Sora, as he probably believed he had the potential so solve their problems, hence the wild card be gives Sora (and at this point, the driver is confirmed to be Luxord because of his English and Japanese VAs, so this proves Yozora heard about Sora from Luxord)
    And in the bad ending, Yozora crystallizes Sora so he can eventually use Sora to solve said problems; he’s going to “save Sora” for the future

    I just interpreted all of this as Nomura saying his dream was Final Fantasy Versus XIII, but he was forced to put that dream on hold because of KH3. So when he says he'll save Sora, maybe it's like he is Nomura and saying "I'm sorry, I have to do this. I'll come back for you" because he's gonna make FFVXIII happen even if it means putting the Kingdom Hearts world on pause.

    Luxord is from Yozora's world, when he was defeated by Sora in Keyblade Graveyard he returned to Yozora's world and told Yozora to save Sora but Yozora doesn't know that Luxord means to save different Sora. Thats why I believe that when Yozora said "I will save you" he wasn't talking to Sora we know, he was talking to that girl named Sora.

      I agree with you. When I made this video, I only thought of two ways he was told to save Sora, and later I remembered that Luxord gave Sora that wildcard, so then I realised maybe there was another person who might have suggested it. In some ways, I think Luxord makes the most sense

    I agree with Dark. We also have to look at the fact, that because Sora used his power of awakening, to Return Kairi's heart heart back to life, Sora had to pay the consequences, and the consequence was that he created a paradox, where he no longer existed in his world. In the recent DLC everyone is looking for Sora.
    If you look at the secret ending, we see Riku and Yozora in the same area. So theres a huge and I mean huge possibility that Yozora heard of Sora, because Riku asked Yozora to save Sora by Returning Sora back to existence to his world.

    I think the guy that told him to save Sora, MoM probably, also told him that by doing so he would be able to save the girl because she was in Sora's reality, Yozora just used Sora as a portal to reach her

    To me, it seems like theres someone else's heart that's taken over yozora body/character in the boerum red video game. When he "accidently wanders I here, passed some trials, and was told to save sora", it means he accidently ended up in yozoras body, and the video game made him pass trials, just like a game always does, and the point of that game is to "save sora". So he knows hes not in the realworld, hes in a video game. And the nameless star talks about his heart being replaced by another's. The star knows the REAL yozora shes in live with feom the game, has someone else's heart inside of him that's taken control for now.

      @@NextGenNovelist I also have a weird suspicious that the heart that took over yozora is braigs heart. When luxu took over braigs body he may have gone to yozora somehow. The fact that yozora uses the same crossbow gun as braig seems too coincidental. He could be using a gun and a sword because braig is connected to luxu. And braig used the gun, and luxu had the keyblade. Idk. Just an idea.

    • @Z-A-C
      @Z-A-C 4 года назад +5

      Ok... Yozoras girl, the nameless star, recognizes yozora as a completely different looking person... she told sora that "his heart was replaced with another"
      And she's clearly talking about someone named yozora here because sora said "wait, that girl, she told me about you" and yozora tells sora "this isnt what I really look like". So yozoras heart is in the wrong body entirely. So what am I getting at here? I have a theory that this noctis/riku lookalike is actually Luxu's original body. Reason being is the crossbow similarity, xigbar/Luxu and this yozora characters are the only 2 in kingdom hearts to use a crossbow.
      So now that we know what Luxu's original body is, I think yozora is the first body/vessel he switched to. And this vessel/yozora's real body is who the nameless star is talking about and who she is picturing in her mind when talking about yozora. I just wonder what yozora actually looks like.

    You should do a video on how MoM is talking with young Nort 75 years before he’s supposed to return according to Luxus interpretation of the book of prophecies.

    • @JuicemanGravy

      I agree with this theory. I'll take it further tho.
      - MoM "eye" has been watching our "world line" that our Sora grew up in.
      -Luxu's role was to find out what happened after someone who has been "chosen" by KH, AND abused the power of waking.
      -MoM is the only person who a) has changed forms, and b) has not been revealed form.
      -We know that Luxu recovered the "eye" and said his job was done.
      -Yozora must have also abused the power of waking, but fell short somewhere. And LOST his ability to use a keyblade, in addition to being stuck where he was.
      My expanded theory is, MoM needs someone special to either take over their form, steal their powers, or manipulate them into it. It's what he has been doing the entire time. Why else would Sora be enough and Yozora not?
      - "I guess that my powers aren't need yet" we already know that if you beat him, technically you can say that his powers weren't enough.but needed for what?
      Yozora is gonna use Sora to break out of the place and Sora will have to go with him cuz he got frozen in his own dive to heart. MoM is gonna show up like, "where ya goin with that body?, you might have found, buuuut I need it so, could ya hand over those powers?
      cue sora being sora and wins over Yozora, and they both go rescue their girls again.
      Also probably some noise about reconnecting kingdom hearts to the hearts of the people nd not the world specifically. Thats KH4

    I have a theory which I feel would be a cool twist, but because of copyright issues it shouldn't be possible
    That theory is that Yen Sid is The Master of Masters. The only reason I think it would fit and be a pretty cool twist is because The Master of Masters last in person appearance happened around 75 years before the events of Kingdom Hearts 3, and Yen Sid's first appearance in the series timeline was around 10 years prior during Birth By Sleep. Of course in that game it's clearly known that he is a legendary master of sorts, and he's been training King Mickey for some time, but that still leaves 65 whole years from the time he spoke with young Xehanort to that game to become Yen Sid. He could've easily changed his appearance and voice, and his personality could've changed to be more stoic and wise like Yen Sid over time. To add on to it he could be feigning ignorance to Xehanorts plans and simply playing his part so that everything would proceed as he'd planned. Or better yet he could've trapped all his memories as the Master of Master's inside the black box and left his amnesiac self to become Yen Sid, creating a rather interesting situation where Yen Sid might have to fight for his right to exist at all, and create a dynamic between the two.
    But Like I said, because of copyright it is very unlikely that that will end up being the case. Anyone else's thoughts? Feel free to comment and let me know what you think of this idea.

    • @kadosho02
      @kadosho02 4 года назад +2

      That is not a bad theory. Speaking of a reference, even the film "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" mentioned the ability to alter ones appearance, or inhabit another body. However some magics bend the rules of light and dark, so there is a cost on the wielder.
      Thinking about Yen Sid, he is an enigma. All knowing, but also predicts the moves of those in play. Come to think of it, he is as old as Xehanort (if not older) and they have possibly crossed paths many times.
      Now that I think about it, he knew Sora would create a parallel path with every decision made utilizing his powers. Although he always put him and others down for being corrupted by darkness. I actually believe he has been in their shoes before.
      Knowing their potential, by literally looking into their hearts. However, his tone is different with each Keyblade wielder. He does acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses.
      I'm even more curious if he knows the existence of the multiverse. Or possibly even went thru his own similar journey.
      Just wished that KH was allowed to explore storylines more in a cohesive fashion. Instead of leaving us with more questions.

      @DrOverbuild8363 4 года назад +2

      @@kadosho02 Indeed. Maybe the fact that Kingdom Hearts balances so many separate storylines for each world is what keeps the main story from being cohesive. Thinking about it now, while it may be impossible that Yen Sid is the Master of Masters, maybe someone else we already know is, like Luxord or Demyx. It wouldn't be as fun or interesting of a twist, but it's at least possible via copyright.

Could they have been wrong because her heart wasn't gone? So then why was Sora punished for something that wasn't wrong? Was it because he used the power of waking to do it? I can agree with you with the first idea. There is clearly a disconnect between how Sora and Yozora are speaking with one another. So I don't think Yozora had a good idea of what was going on around him.
    As for the alternate ending thing. I think Kingdom Hearts will be going in a very different direction story wise. I think Possibly for Kingdom Hearts 4 or a future spin off. We may be following Yozora. I have seen some theories online suggesting Yozora is just an alternate universe version of Sora or perhaps someone made to reflect both Riku and Sora in some shape or form.
    So maybe they left open an alternate path to take so to speak just in case they wanted to do alternate timelines. One starting with the fall of Sora, while the other continues on with the good ending. Granted, doesn't explain the whole Yozora clearly thinking of the whole meeting as a dream aspect. But perhaps, Yozora, is sorta like a unknowing dream world jumper? Where he goes into another universe/world without realizing what he is seeing is actually real to some degree somewhere in his multiverse. Wouldn't shock me. But either way, you did an amazing job on the video. Keep up the great work.

    One thing that actually goes against this theory, and it is rather minor and could just mean nothing (Would be interesting if she is named Sora too) but the meaning of their names is actually a big point in Kingdom hearts:
    Riku = Terra = Earth
    Sora = Ventus = Sky
    Kairi = Aqua = Ocean
    Though there definitely could be a change in meaning for the universe that Yozora comes from and it could actually be that there are two skies
    Yozora = Night sky = Dark
    Sora = Bright Sky = Light
    It is something that is to be determined, but it is still possible that she is meant to be called something else, like maybe a simile to Dark Ocean. It is something that we just have to wait and see

    I think you’re hella accurate on the “having strange dreams lately” comparison and all that, but considering yozora is supposed to be a dupe for sora’s name I find it kinda hard to believe square would be that lazy🥵 another thing that kinda puts a hole in that theory is how the girl says if yozora were to regain his old self again, he’d be very distressed if he found out she was gone, so that’s why she’s staying in one place till he finds her. This must mean his intentions are not about finding that girl at the moment but rather, in my opinion he needs sora so he can GAIN that part of himself again in order to find out what’s missing. We know that sora has talked to the nobodies a handful of times about having a heart, and they always seem to come to an understanding before they die. You said that Yozora is confused and may not remember everything. If that’s the case, how would he remember his Sora well enough to think that she changed forms? She specifically says that he forgot about her too.
    On top of that, if he did remember her, why would someone need to tell him to save Sora? He would remember it himself.
    It can’t be both. We know he has a different heart now, but he’s either confused or not. If he is, he wouldn’t remember her, but it would make sense that he was told to save Sora. If he isn’t, he would remember her, but it wouldn’t make sense that he was told to save Sora.

    • @NextGenNovelist
      @NextGenNovelist  4 года назад +2

      In my video after this, I liken it to how Sora saw Aqua and Ventus and even Xion in DDD. He has an emotional reaction to Xion (crying) because it was Roxas' memory and connection to Xion coming through, but Sora didn't know her at all, and so he had no idea why he was crying. Similarly, Yozora likely has part of himself that remembers his lover, and that part of himself pushes him forward to "save Sora", but like Sora in DDD, his current self has no complete recollection of who his Sora is and so due to the two hearts/identities clashing, the confusion happens.
      So logically, it usually wouldn't be both, but in KH it can be, because multiple identities can reside within the same person, such as Terranort

    The final world and the station of awakening are in the same place so I'll refer to them as one. When Sora dreamed, he went to the Final World which Chirithy outright states can be accessed on the thin line separating sleep and death (dreams when sleeping). Sora saw the station of awakening when he dreamed in KH1, Yazora saw the Final World and Sora when he dreamed at the end of Re:Mind. Meaning they both ACTUALLY ended up in the Final World everytime they did so. This is why the "bad" ending is not likely the true ending. In order to save his Sora who, like stated in the theory, he assumes must just have taken on another form much like he did, he must defeat her in battle and crystallize her to keep anyone else from harming her so he can "save" her through whatever means that must be. The good ending is the real ending because Sora is now stuck in the final world and Yazora wakes up from his dream bringing him back to his world as he continues his quest. Sora's next step has to be going into Yazora's world which we'll likely play in the next game. Yazora couldnt't have canonically defeated Sora and crystilized him to "save" him (which is a "her" in Yazora's eyes) because then we'd have no game.

    • @bluecheckmiya
      @bluecheckmiya 4 года назад +1

      Also in terms of KH lore and how the world works, Yazora could be a nobody. He lost his appearance and his heart because his somebody lost his and split into a heartless and a nobody. Idk why he would take on a different apperance like that, special cases like Sora and Xehanort could apply to Yazora as well.

      @T-Dub Very interesting points. I can see exactly what you mean by the good ending being canon. I personally didn't want to rule out the possibility that the bad ending could somehow play a part in the next game, but logically I agree that the good ending makes more sense. Also, to your point about the lore, I somewhat addressed that in a follow up video I did to this one (as well as clarifying a number of other things) if you'd like to check it out. ruclips.net/video/Ao9sne4-IGk/видео.html

    Another possibility in my opinion is that Riku was the one who told Yozora to "save Sora". The fact that the original Secret Ending was confirmed to be a dream Riku has been having for the past year and Yozora appearing in it kind of furthers the suggestion that Riku and Yozora might have some kind of connection. I mean Nomura clearly designed them to look similar to each other for some kind of reason, he didn't just do it arbitrarily. I'm buying into the theory that Yozora might have a more direct connection to Noctis than simply being an homage or stand-in, considering how overt the references are to Versus XIII, but even with that theory I think there's still room for Riku and Yozora to be connected in some kind of way. Even in your scenario it kind of works, both are looking for and trying to save their respective "Sora" from whatever fate has befallen them. Fairy Godmother is encouraging Riku to look to his reocurring dream of Yozora as a clue, so maybe at some point he contacts Yozora through the dream, a dream that Yozora may also be having, and asks him to "save Sora." Yozora could still be misunderstanding the situation and assumes it's HIS "Sora" he needs to save, especially if he thinks it's just his own dream telling him to. And again, similar to Versus XIII Noctis, there's an apparent blurring between dreams and reality, so maybe the concept of dreams, the Realm of Sleep, and The Final World's ability to bridge both death and sleep will get expanded upon.

    • @NextGenNovelist
      @NextGenNovelist  4 года назад +1

      See, in my follow up video to this, I disagree with the idea of Riku or someone Sora knows asking Yozora to save Sora.. BUT what you just said could make sense cos it still fits with my idea. Riku could have reached out to Yozora through his dreams and Yozora could have misinterpreted the message as him having to save the Sora from his world and that's why he's confused there's someone he doesn't know called Sora

Sora might recognize Yozora because he is a new version of the original girl. I think Yozora is a totally different person from the person who’s supposed to inhabit the body we see. Yozora was surprised Sora recognized him and then said that he “doesn’t really look like this.” So Yozora is the name of the man he really has always been, while the name of the person whose body he now inhabits must be different. The Nameless Star did say his heart was replaced with another’s. The Star also said that if he were to regain his old self that he’d be distressed by her absence. So maybe Yozora thinks that Sora is the original owner of that body he’s now in. Maybe these are part of the trials Yozora spoke of. Suddenly being in the body of a different person while everyone thinks he is that person. Yozora was referred to as commander. If I were to compare it to anything I’d compare it to an isekai anime.

    I think I have a full fledge theory now.
    It all becoming clear.
    The master of masters is the main main villain. Sora is trapped within the box because he broke a nature taboo.
    So we won’t see much of sora in KHBBS2 and KH4. KH4 is going to based around Kairi’s story.
    In the end of KHBBS2 Kairi will run off to a different world extremely upset that her idea failed. KH4 will start with Kairi throwing herself into endless training because she believe it is her fault for not being ready for the big fight. Eventually she’s falls into the realm of darkness because she self loathing herself for being unskilled not caring that xanort had centuries of experience. And become consumed by her own darkness. Riku watches a little too late.
    The BBS trio are warned who are back in the realm of darkness. And dark Kairi is revealed. As the finale boss. The secret ending is you play as dark kairi and the boss are the others.
    Kairi is insanely powerful but her dark side she would be more of a lose cannon but very power. I don’t think you are meant to win the fight as the others but are as dark kairi. Starting the light be enveloped by darkness. A princess of heart falling into darkness is disastrous.
    KH5 will start with dark kairi.
    Riku will eventually make his way to yozora’s world where they see themselves. This will open yozora mind to something and saves both soras but end up trapped in the box.
    Dark kairi has resummon kingdom to fix the world in her mind with the others defend and the other princess begging her not to do it. Just as she’s about to make the wish sora tells her to stop. Kairi’s station of awakening is revealed once more and Kairi is going to fight her own darkness. And the end scene will be have three clues that are completely useless but form the book of prophecies.
    KH6 they will be looking for master of masters. And the box.

    Wait. Maybe the Bad ending was something Yozora had dreamt about. His fight against Sora. And later on in the future, he fights Sora, but unlike his dream, Sora won. Which makes it the 'True Ending'. Sora had defeated Yozora in real life, but had lost to Yozora in Yozora's dream. Both Endings always showed Yozora waking up. the bad ending shows Yozora in the final world shifting to him appearing in the Car. The Good ending shows Sora staring at the Skies of the Final World, but it goes black, and THEN it shows Yozora waking up. Yozora in the Good Ending must've either already FOUGHT Sora, or he's ABOUT to fight him.
