When I did this for the first time, it nearly killed me. after a month it got a bit easier, make no mistake this is quite a tough workout but it just goes to show how much consistency affects you. Thanks for the workout, Sean!

@@jagatjeetsingh8902 This is like a little cardio session, but you will burn some calories if you do it. And by saying that if you want to be ripped or loss weight I highly recommend you fast and feast ( if you don't know what that is, it's basically when you don't eat for 8 hours and eat at 4pm or whatever time you wake up) etc. I woke up at 9am and I have to eat at 5pm. You must drink a-lot of water when fasting.
Summary: do cardio, whatever workout makes you happy or is fun do to because what's the point of doing it if you don't like it, if you enjoy it you will do it everyday and have a clean diet to follow and DO NOT FORGET YOU WHY? why are do you want to loss or get ripped?

I'm a stay at home Mum and I've been doing your at-home workouts now for a couple of years. Thanks Sean for giving those of us who don't have access to a gym at the moment be able to keep up with some self-defense techniques and fitness at home! Its especially hard on the ego to see my husband get to go away and keep up those interests and skillsets without me. :( Feeling a little left out, but I always get a carthatic release with your vids. They help me toughen up a little and get a dose of mental health therapy as well.

Mate, I've just started training muay Thai alone at home at 35 years old. I realise how difficult this can be and it's purely for fitness as a fan of the sport. Man ive been doing this workout almost all quarentine and it kills me everytime. I combined this workout with running 20 min and abs at the end, now i have my six pack after a lot of Hard work and discipline, thank you a lot sean :)

this workout is so great, i love the the 6 elbow combos. thank you very much for sharing your passion and knowledge, it is undoubtedly effective. i am a kung fu practioner, but the basic skills of boxing and kicking are most important, when i comes to sparring and fighting.

Literally awesome it's kinda hard nd difficult for me to keep up in the first few weeks. But got used to it but hard workout is what I need nd like to do to easy nd comfy dosent feel right always need something I cnt do
