Solid workout. Thanks Sean! To the beginners, don’t give up. Momentum is the strongest force, and progress is the greatest motivator. Try today and try again tomorrow and every day you’ll see that 10 minutes of jump rope go by quicker and quicker. Training never gets easier, you just get stronger. You got this!

I know a comment isn't much but man I gotta say it...
You made me take up Muay Thai 5 years ago! An experience that radically improved both my health but mostly my mindset!
Sadly I suffered a bad injury on my knee and the last two years I've let myself fall even more behind than when I first started.

I absolutely love these videos and have accounted for at least 100 views (and counting)! I am curious: have you considered making another video similar to this that goes over new combos/more advanced drills? I love the shorter videos too (the 15-20 minute ones) but something about the 1 hour format makes it easy to pop on and you get in a great groove by the end. Love your stuff, keep it up, and thank you!!

Sean, thank you deeply for this work out. I'm at day 14, I did this work out once a day for 2 weeks, and not looking to stop. It's your motivational spirit and words that help get back at it everytime, and I'm starting to dive into the fighter's mentality. I've had many clicks with my practice during those last 2 weeks.
I'm much faster and balanced at the same time, I became really light on my legs thanks to the rope, I'm much more conscious and precise about everything I throw, and the techniques you show are starting to come out as natural, and I'm starting to link them up during shadowboxing.
I tried other work-out muay thaï videos, NONE of them give me that much energy. I'm so looking forward going back to the gym.
If I ever go to Thaïland (and I think I will at some point), I'll make sure to thank you personnally.
    Keep up what you do,
    Teep! from France.

Just finished the session! As a big believer in volume I appreciate you posting a longer session. I also like the idea of dividing the round into 3 blocks during which you train three different combination. I'm going to use this session as a template.
I know that short hiit workouts are most looked for, but know that there are also subscribers who would love some high volume, lower intensity, coordination/balance follow-along training sessions.

Im 53 with a background in escrima and some JKD ...my training partner did muay thai for a few years and always encouraged me to train muay thai...my problem was my cardio....it sucked..as an avid weight lifter cardio was a limited thing for me and even escrima was challenging with my bulky weight...now as a type 2 diabetic who needs to shed bodyfat to get off of meds and who hated anything related to cardio ive finally taken my friend up on exploring muay thai..just following your 10 minute workout at my slow as molasses in the winter pace had me sweating buckets but my wind is improving.. hopefully after 4 to 5 months of consistenly following your material i will have enough cardio to join the local muay thai school in my area...i should have done this in my younger years but better late than never...so the heavy lifting and near 20 inch arms are no longer a priority in my middle age..a healthy heart and manageable blood sugar levels via fat busting muay thai workouts is now my priority..one teep at a time .

    Mr. Fagan,
Thank you for making a video that's simple, informative and fundamental based. There's no way I can afford to train in Thailand or top gyms in USA. But your knowledge shared allows me to advance my skill set and get in shape.
I believe any craft is mastered by perfecting the basics. Your video incorporates technical basics with a brisk pace.
Thank you, Godspeed and I'm looking forward to more videos.

For shadow jump roping, I recommend putting a hanger or something thin on the ground below you to make sure you're jumping, what I do is just just over it back and forth

My goal is to get better at the skipping routine each time I do this. Flat footed so I find skipping on the ball of my feet difficult. Good personal challenge. Great stamina workout this is. Awesome.
