Never lose that spark and motivation you have, Dan! My grandfather always said, "there are 2 kinds of people in this world, those who build and those who destroy". This can be applied to many things going on in the world today. Be a builder! I'm enjoying your journey.

Nick's expertise resolves the tree-instead- the-house problem. I'm guess you will have a lot of heavy lifting since you cannot bring the digger close to the tree as you had with the other tree removals at La Lande.
The helmet camera and drone shots really add to our understanding of what it is like for Nick to work at such heights. I am guessing he does not usually rappel off of masonry! I also really appreciate the subtitles, I often miss a lot with Nick's accent.

I'm glad you got Nick in there instead of trying to do it yourself. It is really cool that you have the first hand accounts of how the building was before the fire. It's coming a long nicely!

Removing this tree really highlighted the extent of what you have ahead of you Dan and I commend you for the forethought of bringing this magnificent structure back to life again. How fantastic to have Nick’s expertise to help with the tricky overgrowth, he is certainly the man for this job! What an epic ‘before and after’ this mansion will be in a few years time and you are just the man to do it! 👏👌🏰🥰
