I cried with her so much before she went home after she stayed with us for 6 months. We got to visit her and meet her family 2 years ago. Now her family is coming to visit us! The point is that this song has so much sentimental value to me and I thank everyone who helped put this song together because they gave me so many great memories.

I will add here that I think this is a true masterpiece and if it had been released maybe 20 years prior (certainly any time from the 70s into the 80s) it would have been probably a number one hit. I think it was released past the prime of the genre (great ballad rock). If it had somehow gone back in time and been released in let's say 1978, Peter would have been a household name and this would have been indeed, a well-known masterpiece. In any event, I'm so glad I discovered it!!!

It caught my ear and spirit so strongly and so quickly that I guess I wrote down enough of the lyrics (I don't think Shazam existed yet) and thank God by searching those lyrics I found this what I feel is possibly a perfect song. To think I've never heard it anywhere else before or since is both sad and makes me thankful that I came across it in that very, very unusual way. It is 1 of my very most favorite songs of all time. And I'm 59! I don't know if Peter ever reads these comments or would ever see this, but I can't thank you enough for what you have done and what you do!
