I’ve lost 7 kilos without diets and without going to a gym, only eating healthier and doing hiit style workouts. Trust me I’ve seen probably most at home workout videos and I can tell you that this ones is the best one I’ve tried. I LOVE no repeat workouts because they make it feel “easier” and this one is just great 👍 thank u

Can’t believe how you managed to smile throughout all these routines...My face on the other hand told a different story. It was like that of someone who had been set alight, simultaneously having their toes nails pulled, whilst laying on a bed of nails....awesome workout! 😅😅

That was seriously amazing Thank you! I am trapped at home due to being quarantined for covid. I am completely asymptomatic so dont worry. I volunteered at a long term care facility in my community that was overwhelming by covid and before returning to the hospital that I work was tested and turned out to be covid positive. I truly believe that because I have not stopped working out and living a healthy lifestyle this way and people like yourself have helped me kick covid ass. Thank you for helping a frontline healthcare worker kick covid. Xoxoxo

The 60 minutes went by faster than I thought it would. I’ve been dabbling in at home workouts and this is the best one. It really is a full body workout. Granted, I had to do mostly modify moves since I’m not as fit as you, but I finished the video. It was killer. So happy to find a great channel.
I came across your workouts a few weeks ago. I was an avid gym go'er but COVID stopped that. I started with the NIKE app. which is good however, YOU ARE AWESOME! As a former athlete I find your workouts EXACTLY what I have been missing. I love when it is no repeat! Those are by far my favourite! Thanks for the great channel!!

I used to do cross training with a lot of jumping and quite heavy weights, but doctors said I needed to stop due to chronic medical conditions. I loved it, I was so disappointed and demotivated that I full stopped all kind all psysical activity, included the ones that I could do. I went full stop for more than one year, I was completely out of shape and I gained a little weight. During quarantine I found your workouts, they are challenging enough to keep me motivated and you are so kind to always put in low intensity modifications. I lost 3kg already and I'm starting to build a booty again 🍑. So thank you 😊

E.g., a round may include squats, shoulder press and jumping jacks. The aim is to keep the heart rate up by moving quickly from one exercise to the next.
I'm a personal trainer and that was seriously one of the toughest workouts ever lol. I am on the road right now without my home gym and I have been doing youtube workouts daily. So tough! Thanks Penny!
Recently I’ve been struggling with shin splints but I am used to HIIT workouts. I’m so glad that you do these full length workouts AND that you always have modifications for low impact. THANK YOU! Excited to get better so I can do the jumps ☺️

FINALLY faced my fears and took on this hour long workout. I now feel so accomplished I made it to the end. Thank you for a killer burn and some modifications. Those single raised leg push ups weren't gonna happen without the modification!! Haha. But I loved this one and it left be drenched as always. BRUTAL
Hi Penny, I did this workout of yours today and it was so good. I am dripping with sweat profusely and feeling so awesome. For me, first circuit was the hardest. I had to take 2 min break between 3rd and 4th circuits, but I didnt give up! Feeling super strong! Thank you so much 😍😘
