In Hell's Kitchen, two teams compete for the prestigious job of head chef at a top restaurant, all under the guidance of world-class fiery chef Gordon Ramsay. Развлечения
"Cant stop laughing" literally laughs for less than 5 seconds
we love the clickbait
They edited out most of the 20 minute laughing and Dave crying for 10 minutes.
Dave didn't make Gordon laugh, Gordon chose to laugh.
Dave then chose to cry.
That's about the most Gordon laughed in his entire life though...
I've started disliking vids for clickbat as a rule
"What is that?"
"That is a strawberry burrito from 7-11, Chef"
Best comment here lol
@@SamAceRothstein 🤜🤛
Like something out of a Will Farrell movie. Last minute snack lounge dish. Organic nutrition bar, raspberry yogurt, trail mix, chocolate slivers from a dark chocolate bar and microwave it. Total cost $5.75.
TARGET PRESENTATION PLATE, WITH A KNIFE AND FORK.. $16.99. Pretty expensive, but cost is immaterial when it comes to success 🙌 😅
😂😂😂😂😭
🤣🤣🤣😂😂
And yet Dave didn’t let that defeat him and went on to win the damn thing.
We love you so many years later Dave!
With one hand no less
@@mikey2555 well if it was less he wouldn't have even competed.
@@Twatman_21😂
Exactly! You have to lose a little and then you gain everything!
Not just won, he won while still coming with one arm. Love that "one-armed bandit." ❤❤❤
The entire meal made by the women's team looked really good.
Not surprised. Women are pretty good at cooking
@@flyingpaladin617 I know for a fact that im not XD
@@flyingpaladin617 Oh most of them ain't xD
@@flyingpaladin617 Depends tbh...
I was surprised by the dessert, a fruit salad doesn't sound appealing at all. It certainly didn't look appealing to me. But apparently it tasted great.
dave has the essence of being stoned without being stoned
IIRC, he was allegedly found with some amount of weed in his car. He was declared innocent, though. So maybe you have a point.
Makes sense. That looks like something he'd eat while stoned.
you don't know
Dude... ikr!
@Wildlife Spice....From Star Wars
Gordon: laughs at Dave's dish
Dave, winner of Hell's Kitchen: "and I took that personally."
Dave probably: Who's laughing now huh
Unnecessary spoiler 🖕🏼
Also, Dave: Did not get to be the head chef at the promised location. Ramsey decided to go for an outside hire for The Lodge restaurant (if I remember correctly).
Edit: Read Austin's reply below, I was incorrect on some things.
@@IScreenshotNFTs I don’t believe so? Because in season 11 there was some kind of big challenge & he brought back like 5 champion chefs from the previous seasons & Dave was one of them
@@IScreenshotNFTs He was given a LINE COOK position at the Araxi restaurant
Despite being promised a "Head Chef" position, they probably went for an outside hire because maybe he wasn't up to par, as during that time, the Winter Olympics were on-going
So after 1 year of being a "Line Cook" at Araxi, he left
Now he is a baker in New Jersey or something, dude seems fine and happy so ye
I'd much rather be laughed at by Gordon Ramsay than be yelled at. It shows he actually has a sense of humor.
It's 10 times more humiliating though
No. It's extremely humiliating to be laughed at by Gordon than be yelled.
He loves pranks, and has often been pranked by his daughter. 😂
He’s not laughing with you. He’s laughing at you.
3:17 "I feel like a lizard"
I know he said something else, but I could not unhear that.
Yeah, he obviously said "I feel like a wizard"
@@destroyerofworlds2239Yes I know :)
But the first instance of hearing was funny to me :)
@@samscam951 Bro, I was joking. I still think he said lizard XD

And he broke his hand in the middle of the season too
I gotta hand it to the ladies on this one, not only were the portions well sized but they looked and apparently tasted the part, a 3 course meal like that coming in at around 700 calories, nice work, a win well earned.
I don't know why he complained about the size of the second dish though it was the same size as the girls
@@izzyperalta9599 presentation could’ve easily made it appear smaller, and was very bland and basic looking.
@@znovosad555 i guess they were being careful being too careful thats why they ended fucking it up
700 calories for that 3 course meal? I'd pay for it any day of the week.
@@izzyperalta9599 The guys cut a porkchop in half and threw it next to one forkfull of soba and some broccoli. Of course it didn't look as substantial.
3:12 WAS THAT THE PINK SAUCE????
I WAS JUST ABOUT TO COMMENT THAT
😂
I THINK ITS MIXED BERRY! HAVE A NICE DAY
Nah that's Pepto Bismol
@@TheWhiteRhino He explained out loud what it was, jeez!... It's an old comment, so I didn't say anything, but seeing yours made me comment! People are strange.
It’s so unusual for him to actually be happy with what they’ve cooked. Refreshing.
What's worse? Chef Ramsey yelling at you at a daily basis or Chef Ramsey laughing at your dish.
I edit my comment because I got tired of some people making fun of my spelling.
That’s a good question.
The yelling & the laughing are bad enough, but tossing the dish in the Garbage is the Worst, hence Melinda’s Pathetic “poached lobster tail”.
Probably the laughing. Gordon only yells at them because he believes anyone who calls themselves a professional chef should be held to high standards and teaching them the way he was taught. If he's outright laughing at your food he just thinks you're an absolute joke thats probably not worth his time
yelling, definitely the yellling
I wonder if he didn't explode because Dave was the best chef there
None, you misspelling his last name is WORST.
Dave took that Laugh personal & kept pushing forward & fighting to win
That’s the point honestly, They’re making a really great chef try their dishes and give them advice so they can do better
@@affluenza9167 Tbf just laughing at somebody's dish and going "this tastes like shit" is not really advice. But maybe he said some more helpful things that they edited out for time.
@@psychoticmortacarn it is helpful, he's saying don't make that because it sucks
@@psychoticmortacarn no, but it hits ones ego and inspires them to do better and show the other up.
@@psychoticmortacarn if it sucks he’s gonna tell u he’s not gonna sugar coat it
Sabrina was the ace in the hole in this challenge, glad she stood up for herself and controlled her team.
It sucks to hear that many winners like Dave don't get what is promised. It's rude and inconsistent. Unless they would fail at some form of drug test they should get what is promised. Dave getting to be just the line cook instead of head chef is pure scandal.
Many?
@@roflmfao4life I've heard that most of them actually don't get it, Heather and Christina being exceptions
Dave especially. That guy was a total champ and seemed to reaaallly respect Ramsay.
IIRC most of the time the restaurants got cold feet after watching the contestants' performances.
Dave actually did work at Whistler, but his staff had a problem with him. I'm not sure about the details but it may have been tied to the Olympics.
This was easily Dave’s worst moment but hey at least He took a step behind and He returned later with Far more steps
Andy was the main one at fault and not so much Dave. wanted to make it better Andy so no. He still should have not listened to Andy.
I look at it as Motivation for Dave.
Any lesser chef would’ve allowed it to eat him/her alive, but for Dave, it was a learning curve that made him Stronger

Seeing Gordon so unambiguously positive is cleansing
Edit: Well him being earnest but not visibly upset is also good.
Poor Dave, at least this was the only mistake he made.
Besides overcooked brussel sprouts, but yeah.
Don't forget about the Crepe episode. That's the one where his 2nd dessert crepe looked like it exploded.

It feels so wrong seeing Dave getting criticized by Gordon.
Why? Is there context in missing?
@@pleasantpleasant1687 Earlier when they were making the dish, Dave was pointing out flaws. He talked about sweetening the sauce, adding some more texture, and a couple other changes, but Andy insisted that it was perfect.

Gordon in video: **chuckles lightly**
When Gordon laughs at your dish, you know you've hit rock bottom
He laughed because it looked like a vagina 😂
why? he has high standards for food, hard to please
also according to some people in the comments, it really wasn't dave's fault
and when hitting rock bottom, the only way left to go is up and my man he delivered
You lot keep saying this same shit and its so dumb. Gordon ramsay is one of the greatest chefs of all time, him critisizing your food means nothing. Replace "Gordon" with "A starving kid" and your sentence makes sense
It looks like a long Poptart 💀
that‘s exactly what i thought it was at first
As soon as I read this, a Poptart commercial popped up on my TV.
It looks like a panty liner…

He calls the dessert a joke, after it made him laugh.
I call that a win.
You know your food is terrible when your food is laughed at by the most famous chef in the world
He laughed at the portion :D it was so tiny.
@@jawstrock2215 ikr, it’s one thing getting laughed at by a customer, but when it’s a world-famous chef laughing then you officially know you’ve hit a new level of crap
Not necessarily terrible since he's the most famous chef in the world, I would find it terrible if a normal person laughs at it, because you gotta be a king at cooking to give Gordon something that he'll like
Julia child, Jacques, James Beard, My Mom. Those are the great Chefs, not Ramsey.
@@skipwaldent8465 "my mom" see now we're talking
Could you imagine how great it'd feel to get complemented by Gordon Ramsay for your cooking?
He is an acquired taste. I wouldn't expect his palate to stoop to my level of microwave improvising, but his palate is very experienced. We all love what we love. I'm sure that some high end quality foods, i may not appreciate but as a Naive American man, I know we all put our pantyhose on the same way. Gordon is honest. And a true chef will never sugar coat anything, and can sprinkle salt on the wound to add taste.
"It was great!
For a toddler"
*waterphone noises*
I almost mistook you for Jamie Oliver
Totally awesome.
*complimented
If I remember correctly that dessert was more Andy's idea more than it was Dave's idea during the prepping and cooking of the dish.

the crepe can speak for itself it knows who it is
Too tiny, didn't learned how to speak yet.

The crepe ain’t no bitch
Ok It’s getting old
Seeing Gordon criticize Dave makes me feel like I’m in an alternate timeline where Joseph actually won the season instead
it's crazy because joseph was objectively the best chef on the blue team up until the point he got kicked off, if he was just a better person he would've probably won or at least made it to the finals
@@chickennugger6029 Why are you writing comments like this? Joseph can speak for himself.
@@komorebi3555 They're referencing what Joseph said when Gordon asked him who the two nominees are.
this is funny because joseph actually had the chance to win this season had he not blew his ass off over a simple request
@@mkyx6441 To be honest the way he was even when they WON challenges, he was basically a ticking timebomb waiting to explode, if it wasn't at Ramsay then, it would have been at someone else later
GORDON NEVER FAILS TOO MAKE US SMILE
Dave was my favorite winner of hells kitchen he broke his arm and helped both teams and never complained and busted his ass.
Chef Ramsay doesn't laugh out of genuine mockery, he is actually hiding what could potentially be a VERY unpleasant rebuke by trying to "lighten it up". And Gordon is well known for telling you how it is, what he thinks of a dish, and often is just giving you the truth. Chances are, if he doesn't like it, guests wouldn't either.
When I first read this I was like...you tripping. But after rewatching, you're absolutely right.

That first plate looked so simple yet very good 👍🏾
3:41 you can tell by Ramsay's tone he expected more from Dave
I love how quickly the music changes the mood.
I want the recipes for all the dishes the ladies made. It all looked delicious!
A calorie-conscious cookbook by these chefs would be amazing. Honestly. Usually those are just so bland and boring or cheat by reducing portion sizes to ridiculous degrees.
Right?? I wanna know how to make that stuffed pork chop!

Same thing i was thinking
I like Dave, but I was surprised she didn't win.
That was Dave's only negative feedback all season. Dave Levey is an HK Legend.
There are so many compilations of Ramsay losing it at incompetence on this show that it's a refreshing change of pace to see him so positive.
can we take a moment to appreciate the sheer amount of happiness that was in the first dudes smile
*Gordon Ramsey can't stop laughing*
Also Gordon: Chuckles once
A normal crepe is only 90 calories by itself...so I guess I fail to see the need to cut calories in it to make it an all egg white crepe, unless the goal was to make a bad tasting crepe. I imagine the calorie count for the one the boys made was like around 150. They cut flavor for calories, in 2 dishes.
Wow, he straight laughed and said it sucked. Not good, ever. Got a new subscriber. Was fun to watch. Great video

Not to mention the rest of the men beating Andy in the back
1:43 - When your team is about to serve a dinky crepe to lose a challenge...
So getting laughed by Ramsay hurts more than a shout of disbelief from him.
That one moment where he tricked them into thinking he was gonna say something negative, took a long pause…. And then said something POSITIVE? … EXACTLY like that Key and Peele sketch!!!! 😂 Bahahahaha!!
