    I did an install like this one not too long ago with a TNP212D2 1200 Watt.
    It works great - the ground location I used straddled the back seat and the trunk. Might move it under the seat like you did here.

    Hey man, just stumbled upon your videos. My 2013 Civic seems to have wiring problem, coming from inside the trunk I think. I can't hear any audio in my car radio or bluetooth.
    Would you be able to direct me to how to troubleshoot and fix it?

    • @ProvoBeastAudio
      @ProvoBeastAudio  Год назад +3

      I'd take it to your local audio shop. Sounds like a mess of an issue that would be very tough to diagnose in a youtube comment.

    @bruterasputin3197 Год назад +1

    Hopefully you can answer this. What about the voltage sensor on the negative battery cable? Would that not mess with the amps getting the power they need I mean it would seem like you know with it regulating the alternators use you know for fuel consumption and whatever else it's supposed to do I would think that you would want to bypass it somehow

      The ELD does affect the system. All you can do is turn on your headlights to tell the ELD there is a full load for it to hold max voltage. Or you can rig up a resistor to trick it 24/7

    I have a couple questions, would 2 12s fit? Same brand and box size it seems. And would it be easier to do it myself or have someone do it?

    • @ProvoBeastAudio
      @ProvoBeastAudio  Год назад

      Yes, 2 12" should fit, but always a great idea to measure your trunk width against the box dimensions to ensure it will fit before you purchase. Using our video, you could do it yourself.

      Nope, you would need a line out converter for starters, and the Pac LP&-2 is a great solution: amzn.to/33lRh5u

    I've got a JBL Club 5501 mono amplifier that can take a high level input. My 2014 Honda Civic has the Premium Audio System with the sub in the boot. Could I take the signal from the speaker wires that go to the subwoofer? Or do I need a line out converter?

    Was hoping this was a trunk amp install, why under the seat if you don’t mind me asking?

    • @ProvoBeastAudio
      @ProvoBeastAudio  Год назад +1

      One of the safest places to install an amplifier, and commonly where manufactures put OEM amps. Prevents it from getting hit by any cargo in the trunk, plenty of airflow, and still can be accessible. Trunk is still great, but usually can still be vulnerable.
