Love this video! Anyone who thinks RP is not good for video should watch this. How did you do slow-motion? Shoot at 60FPS and then play it at 24 or 30FPS?
Another GREAT video...I am learning this gimbal and movements.. do you use LOCK mode often?? You made a great point of how we then control MORE of where the camera points...probably a loaded question..I agree with may others..hope you get more followers.THANK YOU!
Thanks Helen, I appreciate the comment. Hopfully there is some growth in the future ☺️ I do use lock mode quite often when I want to control my horizon on my camera, also its good if you want to follow a subject fast without pointing in their direction, like when you run! I use POV mode alot and second probably is lock mode but it's close with pan follow.
Great video! What camera did you use for shooting the video you speak? I am considering buying Canon RP for my studio style vlogging like this particular video of yours. Is it a good choice? And is the kit lens (24- 105)good for studio style videos?
@@BrotherBrown, wowww! Thanks a ton for your reply. Your video is simply impressive. If I may ask you, what was approximately the distance between you and the camera when you shot this. This will help me decide which lens to go for.
@@beyourowndoctor3062 I was all over the place, I was close and far away, I used the zoom to create more of a blur in the background. Thanks for the complements, I appreciate it ☺️
@@BrotherBrown, sorry for a lot of questions. I am new to vlogging and trying to figure out things. My room where I shoot my videos is 6 to 8 feet long and 5 feet wide. I hope the 24-105 f4 lens can be used in this situation, right?
These are excellent tips, I just got an RP and haven't done any weddings yet but looking forwad to 2nd shooting with this setup and some primes. Very straightforward, clear examples of the 24-105 f4 in use! Would you recommend someone get EF 24-105F4 instead on a budget? Was worried about it in low-light and indoor scenes thanks so much!
Thanks Jayden for the comment! Glad I could show you what some shoots would look like with the 24-105. As for saving some money buying the EF lens may be a good idea but you'll have to buy the adapter (EF to RF) so that will cost you some extra money. If you could buy a used lens that may be a good idea otherwise I'd buy the new RF 24-105 f4. I was worried about the indoor lighting as well but it performed pretty good. I think the mirrorless camera helps a bit for that. And like you said you are using your primes so those will perform even better in low light 👌
I only zoomed for a few seconds. Then I went back to the gimbals balance point. I think I picked it at 50mm for this video. It’s not the right thing to do but to get a bunch of different shots in a short period of time it’s what I did and it worked out!
Hi, i saw that the "live preview" function was not checked on the zhiyun weebill s compatibility document for the EOS RP, I'd like to know what does tht mean
Hi Jerry, great question. Yes that setup should work for the Weebill S. The max Pay Load is 6.61 pounds I believe for the Weebill S. You should be good to go 👌
@@BrotherBrown yeah definitely 😍also you will get more views and subscribers. 👊But for B roll tight focal length would be nice because of that perspective distortion on wide angles. For that you need somthing around 50 mm or more 👊👊😂😍

@john doe yes he probably shoot at 60fps and slow down to 40% approx to match 24 FPS sequence setting.😊
Awesome info. Planning to get weebill s to pair with my rp
Shots look good brotha! And great tips 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Glad you enjoyed the tips! I was pretty happy with how the shots turned out with the gimbal. The Weebill S is great 👌
@@BrotherBrown agreed. I’ve had a great experience with it so far as well. Shots come out great
Just joining you and I am always there to support you! keep it up and look forward to see more nice videos ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the support, it will be a fun journey 👌

how did you get such crisp footage with the RP? Did you shoot that in 4K? Great footage. Good video. Thank you.
Hey Eric, I think it was just nice lighting and I used a 24-105 f4 lens which I think is pretty nice for beginners.
Great video!

I used the Canon RP with the 24-105 f4 lens. I think it’s a great lens but if you are in tight areas you may want to use a wider lens

Does the Canon RP camera get hot when shooting a wedding? that is, to cover a marriage of approximately 12 hours
If you are recording clips and not recording the whole 12 hours it should be able to perform!
Beautiful shots!
Thanks Tobe!
Did you use a Weebill to shoot the b roll of you using the Weebill?
Haha that would have been impressive if I could have done that. I had to use a Tripod 😂
thanks for the informative video. May I ask if the noise levels are acceptable even at 6400 ISO?
I’d have to check again, I did turn up the ISO a lot when I filmed but I don’t think I hit 6400
hi bro.
so thanks, very useful, very nice shots, good luck. 🙏 🌹
Glad I could help you out Hamid! Thanks 👊

Record 1080p at 60fps? Great video
Hey Pedro! Thanks! Yes it does, you can't do 4k 60 fps though
@@BrotherBrown hi, did you try fullHD 60fps to scaled up for 4K in post video edit ?
Thank you for knowledge
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Did u need to re-balance the gimbal, if you zoom in or zoom out? using that lens.

Did you have to do any color grading or is it straight out of camera?
The lighting was great that day. I don’t think I colour graded. If so very minor.
What quality was thr footage recorded at ?
Very nice what picture profile settings did you use
I used the standard profile out of the canon RP

Hey Moreno, I haven’t used the wireless transmission module for the weebill s yet. Looking I haven’t needed to use that so you should be good 😊
Do you think the weebill s would be good for other set ups like eos r with 15-35 f2.8 rf lens and the canon r6 camera? Thanks

beautiful shoot , d o more brother
Thanks! Will do :)

My dream(😂) setup - canon m6 ii
Sigma 30mm
f 1.4
Dji rsc2
cheap nd's
Stil under $2000 😂😂😂
That sigma lens would be beautiful. I need a wide angle with a low aperture
@@BrotherBrown 16 mm f 1.4 is a great choice for ef m mount. But using that adaptor with a sigma 20mm 1.4 would great for canon RP😜👊
@@rayofthelight2351 I'm thinking I might do that. My background would be so blurry 😍 also my B-Roll would be awesome
