@@stardustgirl2904 Honestly not too sure, he had posted something on instagram about another account for weddings, I can only assume that’s where he’s devoting his time to now
Please tell us how you divide the days when you have time to shoot the bride, when the groom, when the restaurant is ready, all in one day? Or do you do the production a couple of days before the wedding? Tell us more about it or better make a video about time-management.
You are blessed to work with such an ambience..though many of us want such..but we are not lucky enough to get that..Whoever accepts or not..but this affects the portfolio in a great way..
Sometimes, I wonder how I get to know this channel. Because this channel has helped me alot, when it comes to shooting videos. Jake you are the best weeding videographer I Know. ♥️♥️
Nice tips! I'v done a lot of weddings over my 40 years of photography but, video is somewhat new to me. I'm using Olympus cameras (OM-1 for video) and a Ronin RS2.
Great video. Longtime Wedding photographer, new to the filmmaking scene. Just got my first gimbal. You mention changing focal lenth and lenses, does this mean you have to recalibrate the gimbal each time? Thanks.
Great Tutorial! Thank you for this. Not sure if you are already noticed. There is a blurred black dot on the left side of your videos (Camera on the gimbal).
WOW! I love the shots and your explanation was on point, nice and easy to follow you guys are making a huge difference to millions of film makers around the world keep it up!
What focus modes do you recommend when shooting wide shots? For example when you shot up to the ceiling and went down to reveal the arch? Would love to hear more about focus modes you use.
Thank you Jake. Love these details. I will definitely get a gimbal so I can up my game. I am not great w gimbals even the OSMO Mobile 3 that I use for my iPhone I'm bad at it honestly & it's been 2 yrs now. I've been shooting hand held but I just want a smooth video so my viewers knows that I can also film smooth footage and not just unstable footage.
great video, new sub. What is the primary follow mode that you use? I feel like I rely on adjustments using the joystick (DJI RSC2) to keep the composition.
I've been contemplating the RS pro 3 and watching lots of reviews thought I would take a look at the RS 2 as RUclips suggested your video, really nice filming and the grading looks beautiful
how do you shoot and take pictures at the same time lol might sound stupid but doe it mean you have 1 photographer and 1 videographer or can you take pictures while shooting video?
I've learned these things by doing, and man does it really help elevate a wedding "video" to a wedding "film".
Best videomaking channel on YT ...period!
You are awesome, ftf crew. Keep pumping out fabulous content
Perfect timing! I’m filming my first wedding this weekend!
Good luck bro
Just don’t shoot everything on gimbal.
Good luck. Make sure you get good audio.
@@jwate yep, gonna plug in my h6 to the DJ and renting 2 lavs for vows
@@glenelliott2620 hey I’m just curious, why not? I usually film everything on a gimbal.
I'll miss you Jake, Thanks for everything you do!

Oh my God he is leaving the FTF team. 😭😭 I am sad bro.
I’ve just started videography and I really didn’t think I wanted to do weddings. You’ve changed my mind! Great video.
He didn’t show the bad side of weddings though… that lady looked like a sane and balanced bride… and that groom was 100% sober…
This was super fun to be apart of! Thanks Jake & Nate for having the FTF squad out here in Provo.
great now ill film myself at my own wedding... Thankyou you guys!
I wonder how will weeding videographers flim there selfs when that day is there weeding. I mean weeding videographers with no team. Haha

Hi Parker! I just wanted to know the make and model of your camera. Images are clear and crisp. Thanks !
I've been shooting events for 15 years and now for the first time I just bought a gimble. (Shocking I know) i'm scared shitless.
I always enjoy watching wedding videos specially those edited within the same event day. They're so magical to experience. ✨✨
