Hi Jacques, New sub here. Do you do or plan on having any video training courses? You seem like a natural. This video at least is quick but straight to the point and informative while entertaining. Didn’t realized it was over when it was over! Well done. A couple questions/comments: - when hand holding, do you use a neck strap to balance your shots as I saw the eye close to the EVF (never thought of it)? There is an extended eyecup that will help close out any light coming in from the short eyecup that Sony uses; - I saw your A cam as FX3, B cam as A7S3. Do you shoot with A74 or more for stills? And I saw that your favorite lens is the 24-70/2.8 GM. How does the Sigma Art stack up to this or you’ll wait for the GM v2 to come? Thanks for contributing to great, very useful, and free content! 🙏
Hey Mate! My apologies for the late reply. Thanks for your kind words and encouragement, I'm working on a course but it's going to take some time :) To answer your comments: 1 - I don't use the neck strap and I actually have one of those eye-cups they work very well for shots like these. 2 - I don't shoot much stills these days but the A7IV is for sure my choice for that. I can't comment on the Sigma Art vs the GM's but I know they're pretty good.
@@jacques_crafford, thanks for your reply. So for video only, is FX3 and A7S3 your choices over the A74? Or when you shoot hybrid, you go for the A74?
