Finally, a filmmaking RUclipsr who actually teaches you something. Thank you, Thomas!
I know right! So many these days are just clickbait content or go over the same old things! You should check out Tomorrows Filmmakers another channel I just found.
I said the same thing as you on one of their vids and someone recommended this channel. You might enjoy it.
Thanks bro I hope someday am gonna be professional just like you are 👊👊
@@whippyjosua I have taken full course ...if you want there course let me know
@@asitpurohit_108 How was it, I am a beginner filmmaker and I am thinking about joining the course? Are there things like in this video also so nice and clear explained?
YAAAS THIS!!! THANK YOU
This is on of the best videos on camera moves on RUclips! I actually learned a lot! Especially the energy was so inspiring. Thank you so much!
Thank you Thomas Alex, I love your new content. Thank you for being such a detailed teacher.
I love how he shows you what it looks like through the camera at the same time as he shows you what he's doing!
Pulling in and out of focus is such an amazing tip! Thank you for this video!!!
Love a little bit of late night learning before a fresh week to try and implement the new camera tips and tricks.
Good stuff man, keep it up. Would be interesting to see a “handheld style tutorial” video like this but using small cinema cameras like Z Cam s6 or Komodo, just curious to know how the technic would change. Would be awesome if you can make that happen.
Incredible info! I’m just getting into filming and this helped a lot. Thank you!
Awesome tips bro! Thank you so much for sharing the ideas which values more than anything for me as of now🤩
Hi, by your tutorials i already learned basic movements and editing❤️
Great tips! Love the new content and love your style of teaching. Awesome filming by JohnAntone as well.
Really helpful video! Loved the hand positioning tips and also utilizing your camera strap as a stabilizing device. Thanks, Thomas!
This was very helpful to me! I'm trying to get better and capturing my backcountry adventures, without adding weight to my pack. Trying to lessen the camera shake etc.
I always love this type of hand held tutorial videos. 🙏 From India
Just found your channel and I love all your tutorials man! Keep it up! This one really helped as I have a gimbal but I don't always want to carry that thing around with me everywhere. I want to get more into a run and gun setup as I'll hopefully be travelling by the end of this year creating content. Cheers!
Good day sir/ma.
How are you doing today?
I hope you are doing fine.
My name is Stanley, I am a photographer.
I am soliciting for support, I have a vision of becoming one of the best photographers the industry has ever seen but I am limited many atimes in the pursuit of my dream due to lack of Instruments of work.
Please help me to get the camera and some other equipments to start up my career.
Thank you for your support in advance.
The instruments I need to start my career runs in hundreds and thousands of dollars.
But if I can start with just a camera of $1000 it would go a long way.
And the renting of an office space of $1000
For a month or two, as I begin I believe my revenue will cover for subsequent renting and buying of other instruments.
So my budget in summary is :
$1000 for a camera
$5000 for other necessary instruments like tripod, lens, lighting and others.
$2000 for renting office space for 1 to 2 months
$2000 for marketing for the first month, online and physically.
A dollar would make a difference.
Thank you once more in anticipation, I really believe in ask and you shall receive rather than stealing it, and I believe as I rise I will the source of the rising of others, please believe me, this is not a means to steal from you, because as I am buying the instruments, renting the office space I will be accountable to you and give you status report as we progress so you will see your trust is not in vain.
My name is Stanley, and sincerely I need your help.
Thanks Thomas, brilliant instruction. Now I know how it's done but I'm guessing I'll need lots of practice.
You got some steady hands man! 😂 Awesome content, you came up in suggested and already learned a couple of new things from your vids! 🔥🔥

I swear, my dear sir - with not a single video of that kind like yours I use (of course not that good still ) most of the same techniques as in your video now. I found big inspiration here and partially important answer for me - yes , I feel the things right when my kind of vision how to do em (no matter I'm just starting)'is comparable with the Pros and the real talents of video mastership! Thank you for every lesson here, so muc value in your video for me! It is an honour to have so handful videos and creators as you , sir Thomas!

Great Tips. Thanks Thomas
SUPER HELPFUL VIDEO! Thanks a bunch
Awesome video my dude🔥 I love hand held footage!
Beautiful tutorial.. Few questions: (1)how much time/second each video clips need keep for final merge video ex: individual clips can be less than 3 sec for best practices? (2) while recording, your body language shows and camera moment feel like capturing slow motion(not as setting) and when edit do you add slow motion or use original video as its captured in slow camera movement?
i am not in this feild, nor plans to be but I like the way you plan and run your video lesson. I wish that you taught other Fields that I am in because you are very good brother.

Great videos thanks for all the info...Any chance you could do a tutorial on shooting with a DJI pocket 2 , not so much features of the camera but more using it and how best to use it....Cheers.
Paul..
Learning filmmaker here. I like to believe the “it’s not just about your gear” theory, and yet great filmmakers still bust out great gear 😂😂 I ultimately chose to invest in a mid-grade Sony when I realized how “digital” the phones look. It loses some of that human feel. Amazing tutorial man: hope to try these moves on a trip soon!
Thanks a bunch for these useful tips.
Thanks a lot for the tips ! Greatly appreciated 👍🏼
