Hi Fellow Canadian!!! Love your Channel Can youbplease do a video on circulation / Arteries ? How to unclog arteries? Exercises etc.. I am thinking about taking serrapeptase or nattokinase. I think you mentioned Hawthorne in one of your videos. Would love to see a video on this topic.
Hi Robin. I’m Kelly from Fort St John. We chatted a few days ago. Just want to say that your youtube channel is amazing. Thanks for all your hard work 😊
I started taking vitamin K2 and pomegranate extract wide spectrum. Calcium score test dropped from 112 to zero in 18 months and blood pressure went from an average 155/95 to 110/70.
I believe long Covid has been linked to some autoimmune conditions. I was quite disabled for about a month until I diagnosed myself with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome(MCAS), which is now under control. I was shocked that my doctor & ER doctors have no idea this syndrome even exists, since they are not taught about it in medical school. Anyone with long Covid should have this checked out, as MCAS can be related to long Covid.
Brilliant explanation, thanks. Would very common auto-immune “issues” such as Asthma, Dupuytren’s, Exczema, Hay-Fever and Psoriasis (the latter often being serious) also correlate to increased CVD risk, due to chronic inflammatory burden? Would it therefore be wise to take “suppressing” meds (eg Anti-Histamines for Hay-Fever), as opposed to putting-up with irksome symptoms, because the resultant suppressed condition would cause less CVD long-term?
In the short term yes, don’t let the inflammation run wild. That being said, in the long run it’s worth looking at things to prevent the flares all together and that is where a more holistic approach can be helpful.
Always beautiful and informative.
Thank you!

Thank you and I 💯 agree with everything you said! They don’t teach MCAS but it’s a much bigger problem than most people realize.
