I like to practice yoga Nidra. Robert Bahedry has a good breathing modality. [Hypothothalamus releases endorphins] Another thing that helped me was consuming adrenals, rose hips and hibiscus, (If you have problems with oxalic acid I would not try beets.) However, oregano oil is a good alternative :) Thiamine def, can also mimic hypertention folks.
I don't have high blood pressure, but when I get into bed at night I like to lay on my back & do breathwork for 5 to 10 minutes. I either do slow nasal breathing or more often box breathing before I turn on my left side & go to sleep.
Is there any research about longer term results? If one continued on with this practice would they just maintain these drops or would they continue to lower (obviously not indefinitely)?

None that I read were past 2-3 months. Although these things are always multifactorial so I would imagine it would only lower it to a point.
