    I hv tried several workouts from different RUclipsrs...... But this one really worked.... It's definitely the best workout for bra bulge..... So keep it up guys do as she says n along with that control ur diet.......

    I'm on day 2 of doing this and am planning on incorporating this into 3 days of my 5 days a week workout . It's easy (except for the supermen 😂) but breaks me into a sweat and gets me ready for my HIlT jump rope. God help everyone putting in effort.

    Totally loved this exercise. I’m fairly thin however I do have that annoying bra bulge and back fat. I have been doing this exercise from your l yr ago post and love that one too so I was happy to see this one too. Very challenging for both of those videos. I will continue to do these. Thanks so much😘😘

      @@diyaperingeel151 once a week is good.... But ensure that you also do cardio/ at least 10 min HIIT everyday... That is what I followed. And also watch what you eat... Eating right is the key

    Glad I found this. I also do your "7 mins in pj's" etc. BUT - do you have something especially for older women [to combat osteo] - resistance training or similar, easy going but focused? Thank you so much.

      Tahira Parveen hi lovely! Hope you don’t mind me helping out and answering. You can’t spot reduce fat, but you can reduce overall fat by calorie deficit whether through food or exercise; I’d focus on weight training full body exercises for 3 days out of the week. Make sure to be consistent and you’ll see results 😊 hope that helps!
