    I love your workouts!! They don't need any equipment and apartment friendly, but very effective!! Especially, I love no jump or low impact series cause they're absolutely great for everybody!! 🤗💕

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and tried this with my mother-in-law! It was very brutal! I could not even last 4 minutes and my entire body completely gave up :( My MIL did the full lesson so powerfully! Her abs and obliques are hard as a rock! I feel very low and defeated :(

    More like this workout please!! I liked the yoga moves repeated for cardio bits and pilates with planks! This one was hard core! ;-)

    Is that okay to do cardio and abs exercise everyday? Or is that more effective to do this 3-4 times a week? I read that it's not good to exercise everyday as you need to give your muscles a time to rest and repair.
