Day 4. It’s good, I’m good.
Day 5, wrists still kill me but I’m still in this
8 Days in. Wrist don’t hurt as much anymore. Weight is still the same. Im keeping with it though
13 days in. No noticeable changes aside from wrists not hurting. Weight is the same.
Two weeks in now. Progress I’ve seen so far visibly is none. Weight wise I haven’t gone down at all . Will keep going
