Those people who called him a kabadiwala should go drown in a bucket of water. Kabadiwalas do a commendable job of collecting waste we can't throw locally. Plus he's generating employment.

Those people who are questioning about 'Namo' . It is a Spiritual Jain Word , don't associate with anyone.
As he is a jain , Namo is taken from the sacred jain Navkaar mantra whose every line starts with the word namo.
For example :-
Namo arihantanam.
Namo siddha nam.
Namo aairiyanam. Etc.
Like hindus have gayatri mantra jains have navkaar mantra.
It has no connection with narendra modi

The owner was wearing N95 mask which blocks large amount of particulate matter. While the workers were wearing masks which may not be that effective and provide a false sense of security.
Though better than no masks. These workers might not have these also when working indepently.

Still better than a sarkari karamchari, who dies in a drain with no safety gears, with no knowledge of what risk they expose themselves to everyday.
Running a startup like this where even a well to do family won't support you, cause for them you are a kabadiwali, how these young entrepreneur manages their business is really commendable.

I wonder. With so many spare parts. Could there be a market for big fantasy computers. Put together with raspberry pi's for low watt and long operating system support. Maybe you could export dedicated computers for special genres of ?retro games. Fantasy smart TV's with tv cards. A Home Super Market type Information Kiosk. Stand alone unit for use at home. Another thing I would like myself is a "HID Relay - Upgrade your USB Keyboard to Bluetooth" . With that you could use many cheap old keyboards for coding on the phone using google colab.

making appliances more repairable would help to prevent waste in the first place.
We must get involved to tackle the problems of waste management. Now there are more effective means to commercialize waste management such as pyrolysis and anaerobic digestion. Hence we can convert waste into wealth and trash into cash. We must act you to save our environment and reduce its exploitation through recycling and reuse of material.

That is what he is doing. Recycling e wastes. Turning waste into money, providing employment plus reducing wastes even if it's in miniscule part.

70% is a very large quantity to handle... Hats off to the amount of hard work everyone is doing.... But are there more ways to maximise this 70% e waste handling. Because in future.. Remaining 25 to 28% which washes off to sea bed or ground is still unhealthy for our ecosystem. And how to utilise this waste to generate revenue.... That is a real question here.... I guess.... Anyone who is willing to answer. Please answer here.
