You always do a great job of speaking to people directly

I've said it before, but I LOVE these videos! 💛 I do have hard time accepting anger as part of spiritual life. I wish I was zen, you know? I work on this and I do get better, but sometimes I get angry, then I hate being angry so I'm angry at myself for the hate of being angry at the hate, etc... It spirals down and it's no good! 😅 I try to accept and integrate my shadows, I guess. (Is it TMI? Sorry😅)
Anyway, thanks for the food for thought! 💛

It’s such a journey for all of us! I was just encouraging my mother last night to accept her anger and not keep it inside

Love the film yes, lots of famous film quotes in line with Mommie Dearest, camp, the best way to address the end of life. Very surprised that this film went to Broadway tho

I sometimes think that people say that death is what brings life meaning say that to come to terms with the fact that living forever currently isn’t an option
