This is super helpful man. I disabled my add-on because it looked like text vomit but default but scaling the text size down is what I needed!
Looks nice, but I prefer the default damage numbers showing above the mob's head, instead of off to the side where you have no idea what mob the damage is happening to. It feels like I'm blind without the damage showing up normally.

Great Tutorial! helped me clean up my MSBT. One thing Im having a major issue with though, is in PVP when I target a player I get an influx of of what that player is using/casting in the center of my screen (full spell name and icon). IDK where in the settings to disable that completely. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The hands down best part of Mik's is the sound effects.
For example you can make a sound file play when you critically strike with a spell or skill.
Then use a sound from mortal combat CRITICAL STRIKE.
I also put a sound for when enemies crit me and when enemies (players) crit with skills.
it makes it easy to tell if youre getting hit hard to go defensive .
SOUND IS AWESOME.
it actually does some things weak auras will not do.

Really weird. I'm using this addon for pvp. I want to check 'Killing blows'. On 5:14 I see in your version, which is slightly older now than my version (5.7.152 vs 5.8.1) i actually see killing blows. However on the version I have, at events, notification I have a screen full with 'Holy power full'. Like 20 times or so. I also see things like debuffs and debuff stacks, buff leave and enter combat. But not 'killing blows'. This is something I don't understand. Really too bad because that is the only reason I wanted this addon, lol. Any clue?

What I need is a way to stop the constant spam on the screen its driving me crazy when I use my judgment and thr mela are being healed for attacking its too much to look at

Anyone know how to get rid of the stacking info? What I mean is that, I realized one of my bloodthirsts hit 313k. it obviously didn't hit 313k. and what I then realized is that its not showing the damage im doing, its showing the total damage im doing. I don't wana know how much my attacks have done over a fight, that's why I have Details. I just wana know what they're currently hitting every time I hit them lol.

Can you share your addon profile for importing?
I tried this in Classic but didn't like it because it made it harder for me to tell when I was cleaving with BF since the numbers were centered on me instead of the mobs being damaged. Is there any way to get it to show when successfully hitting multiple targets?
There’s a different add-on called nameplate scrolling combat text that centres damage on individual targets

i have the WORST luck with addons.... the General tab bugs out every time i change a setting and i am forced to /reload which then reverts all the settings!! why does nothing work correctly out of the damn box anymore

Is that a weakaura you are using to display ur cooldowns on the left of ur character ?
Yeah that's one of my rogue weak auras, probably the short cooldown one you're referring to
Wow thats so unsatisfying to use addon like that, the nice thing is to see numbers popping with crits and stuff. The opposite that i was searching lol
