Id have to disagree about his arrogance, just like how Vegito was provoking Buu to absorb him to save the others. Gogeta was provoking Omega Shenron to use the negative Karma ball so that he can convert it to positive energy to fix the planet. Notice how he got way more serious once the planet was no longer surrounded in such negative energy

Isn't the reason why Gogeta didn't kill Omega is because he wanted him to use the negative ball attack so he can reverse it's polarity to counter act the negative energy created by the Dragon ball on earth? That's how I remember the reason is.

Well it's just a guess on my part but If he killed Omega I would assume the negative energy he created around the earth would just leave anyway. Kicking the ball was probably just a more fun way to do it.
No the reason why gogeta didn't kill omega shenron is due to the fusion meaning the ssj4 fusion ran out before they had the chance

There isn't a definitive "canon" for the Dragon Ball series. The most you could say is "canon" in Dragon Ball are the original volumes of the manga

I was always under the impression that Gogeta toyed with the One Star Dragon in order to provoke him into using the Minus Energy Karma Ball in order to be able to rid Earth of the negative energy coating it, much like how Vegetto provoked Boo into absorbing him in order to free his absorbed allies. If I remember correctly, after explaining to the One Star Dragon what he had done with regard to the Minus Energy Karma Ball, Gogeta proceeded to use the Big Bang Kamehame-Ha in order to finish the One Star Dragon off.
Yeah. As originally, and it was verified from my understanding, It would only take a single blast to kill Omega. The issue was the negative energy, not Omega himself. Rememebr GT Goku (kid) destroyed a dimensional barrier witha single Kamahamaha blast in base.

With Gogeta, I always thought it was implied that he was messing around purely to goad Omega into using his Negative Karma Ball, so he could use it to cure the Earth of it's plight. Because after that he basically went to the 'Fun is not allowed' Gogeta of Fusion Reborn.

2. Vegito embarrasses his opponents, while Gogeta, doesn't make his opponents breathe

False. Gogeta was arrogant to make omega desperate to use the carma ball and then to purify it to get rid of the negative energy surrounding the earth. After this he then proceeded to kill omega with the big bang kamehameha

Ssj4 Gogeta's personality is contradictory, _especially_ considering the fact that the Ssj4 form in general is largely portrayed as more serious.

Godly ki has never been invented back when GT came out because toriyama didn't think of it back then. If you really want to go far and say that there was godly ki in GT, then it only has appeared in GT in the form of ki sensing by the kais, who were able to detect beerus's and whis's ki in dragon ball super.

They fuse while in SSJ4 and not in base form..so that means they are definelty the strongest fusion. Elder kai said never fuse while transformed it might disrupt the fusion.. but it turns out Gogeta SSJ4 came out perfect..and the ki output has to be better than blue due to the fact they had 10-15 min than the normal 30 that blue used against broly

I want to see the Fusion dance between Goku and Vegeta. SSB Gogeta as a marketing idea it's great fan service, the toys would fly of the shelf and ratings would go up slightly. I really liked the SSJ4 form and do wish it was canon somehow. I just like its overall design. I like that it's like a hybrid form that appears to be half-way through transforming into a great ape. In this, I like that its design doesn't simply follow the already-established SSJ design of blue eyes and blonde hair.

In the new super dragon ball heroes I think it was definitively decided that ssj4 gogeta was more powerful. They both go against an evil saiyan who corrupts ki on contact, and after ssb vegito got his cheeks clapped and nearly got killed ssj4 gogeta came and kind of beat the evil saiyan.

Okay, I've been watching your videos for a few days, and in that time; I've heard your Beerus impression, and for this video it was your Vegeta impression. I will say, your Vegeta is pretty good, but your Beerus is much, much better.
Goku states first form bebi Vegeta is the strongest ki he has ever felt this already puts him above ssj Vegetto. Not sure why the animanga states ssj vegetto > or equal to ssj4 as this is a direct contradiction to the anime.

It's funny cause my favorites Banpresto Figures are usully the ss4 versions of Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta. SS4 was just so primal, and felt more like an evolution vs just a hair/aura color swap. I kinda hope in the future of super, Time Travel or Time Lines in general are explored more to make GT's content relevant even if for fan service.

Gogeta actually was playing around with Omega so he could use the minus energy ball to rid the earth of all the negative energy, remember when he fired it back with his own ki - that's what he was waiting on (he's still childish regardless lol).
it's simple, Look at the aura differences between Vegito Blue & Super Saiyan Gogeta 4
that will tell you who is arguably stronger, Plus Gogeta hardly needs to move a finger to attack his opponents.

I think SS4 is the perfect form that is more suitable to be used as an SSG form, because the process of achieving that form is very complicated which must involve the Tail of Saiyan and the help of Moonlight in order to achieve that form ... And not only that, SS4 is a form that can last hours in battle even when the Ki is already drained
Can you calculate how many losses Goku experienced in SSG and SSB mode? And if it wasn't for KaioKen and Ultra Instinict who played a role then could you imagine what the fate of Universe 7 was?
Instead of having to create SSG and SSB whose changes only change hair color, then why not just enter SS4 into the story? Where the form of SS4 is used as a form whose strength exceeds the strength of the Gods

@@powerjolt7215 I agree. Theres a lot of things people miss about SSJ4 as well. Goku explained that the SSj4 body actually creates its own counter to abilities. That no attack can work twice against it. So, not only is the forms stamina INSANE and doesn't take a lot of Ki to maintain, the power is even insane with it BUT it also comes with that crazy ability to adjust to almost ANY circumstance.
@@powerjolt7215 Like, the creation of SSJ4 is AMAZING. Because the form literally comes from the Saiyans origins, which is the Great Ape ( normally the pinnacle of a saiyans power ) and their tail. So what better to have the best and final Super Saiyan form...then have it be derived from their very essence and origin.

the shadow dragons should get their own arc in super after broly i think the shadow dragon arc is great because the entire theme of it is that if you rely on shortcuts or a mystic ass pull to solve your problems you will end up creating a disaster that is far worse than what you were trying to use the shortcut for syn shenron says this to goku when he explains how the shadow dragons as a whole came to be

Vegetto fights merged Zamasu and is significantly (but not overwhelming) stronger. After fusion wears off...Goku is holding his own by himself. Comments anyone?
Pretty sure the entirety of that fight Zamasu was like falling apart, so his max power kept dropping. Could be wrong, but that's at least how I looked at it.

I liked how Vegito took his personality after Goku (arrogant, immature, way too relaxed, but at the same time he has a battle plan) and in Fusion Reborn Gogeta had his personality after Vegeta(quiet, brutal, and serious) but GT kinda ruinedy vision of Gogeta

Thank you for stating that Potara is stronger than the fusion dance. I get tired of arguing with ppl about who is stronger Vegito or Gogeta. Vegito is meant to be stronger since it's the more effective fusion
Antwane92 The argument isn't who is stronger anymore it's more about who would actually win the fight because they both have short ass time limits and power does not mean you will necessarily win a fight in db these days
Well they both have around the same time limit so that argument is invalid
to me it's always bee hard to scale because if the potara is X time Y and the fusion dance is something like 3(X + Y) just to make something up, then if you had lower numbers then the fusion dance could give you a greater number. for example goku is a 4 and vegeta is a 3 so together they are a 12 but. trunks is a 3 and goten is 2 then they'd be a 15. but if you all multiplied those numbers by 100 then the potara would win out. so it would seem like the dance would be ore optimal for weaker characters but when you increase the numbers by x100 you don't really change anyone's relativity of strength so it's kinda all in the numbers you use. but i guess we're just supposed to except that potara is stronger so i guess it just is.

Fried Chicken tho bro I really don't care about the time frames at all I'm talking who's more powerful. Period. If you really want Gogeta to win then believe what you want but the fact of the matter is that Potara is the stronger of the two fusions point blank. And if you really want to throw in time frames the fusion dance only lasts 30 minutes while Potara lasts an hour. Even if Vegito uses final Kamehameha I'm sure he'd still have plenty of time to beat Gogeta. Especially a 10 minute long ss4 fusion.

Hey Geekdom, I commented on fb a week or so ago that I had an idea how they could tie super into gt.. My comment likely got buried, so I'll post again:
The tournament of power goes down, and Zeno/angels/kais/gods of destructions start realizing that it's dangerous for not only the deities, but also for the whole universes, for mortals to be wielding god-ki. They could be realizing this during the tournament, or it could happen in a later arc where some unknown mortal from some random universe is wielding god-ki, but using it irresponsibly and posing a serious threat to the multiverse. They reach an ultimatum and decide they need to act, and Zeno strips all mortals of their god-ki to not only solve this problem but also prevent future problems. This would allow mortals to continue getting stronger and reaching new heights, but only with their mortal-ki. Goku and vegeta and the others (if there are any others with godly ki) would of course be upset that they're getting super saiyan blue revoked after all their training, but Super could end with them saying that they see this as a new challenge and will overcome it one way or another. Another part of this would be Zeno telling the other deities they're no longer allowed to directly interact with mortals since their interactions are what lead to the discovery of ssg and god ki for goku's group.
That would set the stage perfectly for GT: no ssb, no mention of Beerus/whis or the other deities, make ss3 relevant again, them finding a way to increase their mortal-ki and achieving ss4, etc...
There would be a few minor plot holes too: kabito-Kai would still be fused, android 17 being a villain, no golden form for Frieza (unless they considered this form to be using god-ki too), and probably a few others I'm forgetting at the moment...
But if they wanted to make GT cannon, or at least plausible, this approach could be a way to lead into it to make it work
What if the end of super is the beginning of gt? It wouldn't make much sense but what if ssj4 is the predecessor of ssgss
What if Toriyama, Toyotaro and Toei decided that GT was canon as one of the alternate timelines that go with one of the time rings? They could have an arc after Universe Survival Arc where Super characters meet GT characters

I don't know if this has ever been discussed and clarified, but, if you look at the situation with math, then SS4 Gogeta would be more powerful then even SSB Vegito. Let me explain:
When They became Vegito, Goku and Vegita were both in base form and THEN leveled up to SSB. When they formed Gogeta to fight against Omega Shenron, that was not the case. Goku and Vegita were both already in SS4 form when they merged. So that would mean SS4xSS4 equaling More like SS16, because we have a 4 times a 4. And I always was interested in why when they created SS4 Gogeta, his hair was different then when Goku and Vegita were SS4. He physically looked different, and that usually only happens with a level up.
I could be spilling BS right now, I don't know. Thoughts/confirmations?
