I have started making my brown butter bites by simply cutting the butter into one-tablespoon or one-teaspoon pieces depending on the size of your mold or the portion you want. I place a piece in each cell of my mold, place it on a cooking sheet, and bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes depending on how dark you like your butter bites. So quick and easy. No fear of burning the butter or having to babysit it. And the brown bits are perfectly distributed in each bite. And I hate trying to pour hot butter into those molds. LOL

I'm not throwing them out, but next time, I will brown the butter and not add cinamon. Thanks for your comment. It helped reassure my concerns. 😊
@@kristiina6897 Unless the cinnamon actually caused your body problems, I probably wouldn’t worry about it. It’s better to stick with carnivore, and do a few things like that, then not do it at all because you get so tired of it.
For the egg patties you can massage 1 of the egg whites ( and a bit of salt n spices optional) into the mince before moulding them into the rings and cooking. The egg white will hold the mince together like glue preventing it from falling apart or breaking while it cooks. My mum taught me to use egg white to bind meat and recipes together. 1 egg white is enough to rub/massage into 500grams of mince to bind it together with out compromising the flavours or texture of the meat.

@@cherylschumaker1366 Yeah, I read that, too. And that it should be per pound of ideal (not current) body weight. I need about 600-700 g (21-25 oz) of meat to meet that goal, and the meat I eat has more protein per 100 g than 80/20 beef, so I would need even more meat if I ate 80/20. That's why I'm surprised she just ate 6 oz meat for the whole day in this video. I would be hungry. For me, even the 100 g (3.5 oz) meat in the eggs-in-a-hole and the 300 g (10.5 oz) meat in the entire quiche - not just a quarter of it - put together would be too little meat. I'd need at least 7 more oz of meat. I'm not bashing or anything, I'm just surprised. I was feeling like a slob for eating so much, but then I crunched the numbers and saw that the amount of meat I eat per day is OK.

There is a very popular sandwich that is common in NYC and New Jersey called a "Chop Cheese" which I find comes into a carnivore diet really well. What I do is take the carnivore ingredients and cook it the same way as if I was making a sandwich: 450g of ground beef in a pan, with a tablespoon of unsalted butter, cook on low medium and stir it around a bit. If you like you can add a little salt, and onion powder (if you allow some spices). When the beef is nearly done, drop in four American cheese slices (I use proper old cheddar) and "chop" the cheese into the beef with your spatula. When the beef is properly cooked and the cheese is melted it is done! It's an American-style treat. Not quite the same as a sandwich with sauteed onions and tomatoes, but you could see if your partner likes that. The sandwiches also have mayo and lettuce, which is obviously for a not for me. Sometimes I put a dab of butter mayo on the plate too.
I travel a lot: egg flippers in Australia and the UK, spatula in America. Every country has its own language and culture, to each their own - so let it be and enjoy Rina’s authenticity and charm people!!!
I add eggs to my coffee (along with butter). I use 20oz coffee, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons butter. So in a normal cup that would be one egg and one tablespoon butter. I actually blend it in a Ninja Personal Blender.
It obviously depends on how hot the coffee is. I also use a Ninja personal blender to mix the coffee, egg and butter mixture. But generally the egg yolks always stay completely liquid. There are just a couple little strands of whites.. Kind of like egg drop soup. But after 20 seconds in the blender it is all very smooth and nothing but liquid. It does heat the eggs enough to pasteurize it (above 160 F).
Prices are quite the same as here in the desert US, Arizona & Nevada areas at least. I do realize some items are more expensive, the further they must travel from their origin. We have definitely discovered our concerns over carnivore being expensive were completely unfounded. It has actually saved us money on our food budget these past couple years! Perhaps folks don't realize how much we actually spent on unhealthy and/or extraneous foods that were unnecessary to our optimal health. Great post, as always~ thanks so much for the inspiration darling💡🎯🥩🍳🧈

I started the carnivore diet and wasn’t loosing weight and was so flipping hungry although I was eating more than I ever did doing keto. I like doing OMAD but, was so hungry..I don’t get hungry during the day…so I figured out it was b/c of not having the fat I had while doing keto. So when I saw your video, high fat carnivore and having my butter nespresso I actually got excited again. I also have watch so many videos that people are not loosing weight doing carnivore? How much have you lost doing high fat carnivore? I have 60 pds to loose and have been debating on going back to keto but, thought I’d see if high fat keto would be the trick? I did drop 2 pounds over night from just adding the butter back in..so there is that..suggestions

OMG... I grew up with chickens, ducks, and rabbits. Chickens have personalities, Rina. A big problem is that you grow attached to them. (Ducks are jerks.)
Wow that feather included probably means the eggs were not washed and that's ok. Nice that they were clean enough to pack without washing off the protective coating from the chicken.
I never realized how great a yolk tastes til I found out something wasn't setting right w me and eggs. So I removed the whites. Yolks are so rich and flavorful! I could kick myself n in the rear for not doing it sooner.
I buy all of our meat from regenerative farms & only resort to grocery shopping in emergencies. Price is comparable and it's nice to always have 50+ lbs of meat in my freezer :) Plus the QUALITY of the meat is SO much better.
60…6'…177Lbs, I eat between 10pm--4am, night shift Dump Truck work. 3 years ago I weighed 225Lbs been 177 for over a year. It no longer matters how much I eat I stay at 177Lbs. In case you're wondering though I average 2lbs meat a day mostly beef and a half stick butter. Processed meats are fine for me as long as carb per serving is 1 or
There is a very popular sandwich that is common in NYC and New Jersey called a "Chop Cheese" which I find comes into a carnivore diet really well.
I would like to try the carnivore quiche with sausage meat.
Wouldn't the Nespresso caramel pod have sweetner/sugar in?
At 13:30 “I am NOT a perfect carnivore…” NOOOOOOOOOO 😂 LOL! Thanks for the video!
What a fun video! Thanks for sharing. By the way, an “egg flipper” is called a spatula in America.
I travel a lot: egg flippers in Australia and the UK, spatula in America.
Every country has its own language and culture, to each their own - so let it be and enjoy Rina’s authenticity and charm people!!!
Nope.. it's a flipper.. spatulas are for scraping liquids out of a bowl.. and I'm in America😂
Thank you for your video I love it.
I add eggs to my coffee (along with butter). I use 20oz coffee, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons butter. So in a normal cup that would be one egg and one tablespoon butter. I actually blend it in a Ninja Personal Blender.
how does hot coffee not cook the egg?
It obviously depends on how hot the coffee is. I also use a Ninja personal blender to mix the coffee, egg and butter mixture. But generally the egg yolks always stay completely liquid. There are just a couple little strands of whites.. Kind of like egg drop soup. But after 20 seconds in the blender it is all very smooth and nothing but liquid. It does heat the eggs enough to pasteurize it (above 160 F).
@@JohnnyHughes1 also its okay to eat raw egg yolk?
Well, I have been doing it every day for the last 4 years, so I'd say yes.
Can I eat chicken on carnivore diet. I just started this diet and been eating pork, ground meat, ribs, chicken. I have CHF! I almost died and have a stint in my heart. I had another episode the other day, which is an eye opener. I came across your video and been listening to it. So I'm making changes now. 4 days and I lost 6 lbs. Thank you
You can.. however most suggest sticking to beef until you're done with your healing process.. or any other ruminant animal. Then slowly introduce other meats, dairy to make sure you adapted well😊 good luck 🤞🏼
All the food you make looks so good Rena! just fyi with the filming, if you're in a business establishment aka private business its not considered a public place so they owners can enforce their own policies. if you are on the sidewalk you can film because that is a public space.
Oh thanks for letting me know!!
Careful she's in Turkey.. her laws may not be the same as they are in the US😊
Egg flipper is a good name. Here in New Zealand we call it a egg slice and the longer one is a fish slice
This video made me a sub to you! I’ve done keto off and on now for years and I’m at that point of wanting to take the weight off and loose the cravings I had with keto and the bing eating if I broke keto.
To ramp up the butter bites add 2T tallow to 8T butter.
A shopping centre is not public. In general shops are privately owned. You can film in pubic, public places are footpaths, nature strips, roads, parks, public land, beaches, government buildings, government land, basically any place that it not privately owned. You can film on private property as long as the owner allows it.
OMG... I grew up with chickens, ducks, and rabbits. Chickens have personalities, Rina. A big problem is that you grow attached to them. (Ducks are jerks.)
You absolutely can film in public unless it’s posted otherwise
US $ 32 is very expensive shop and you need to explain pushing the scale to zero before putting the cup back on the scale and adding the butter.
I love this channel. Im going to try the brown butter bites
Looks delicious! I plan to try your egg in a hole tomorrow on my lunch break. I love creamy, soft egg yolks.
Love this so much, thank you.
I love what I eat in day videos... also carnivore hauls!😂
Wow that feather included probably means the eggs were not washed and that's ok. Nice that they were clean enough to pack without washing off the protective coating from the chicken. I was collecting eggs yesterday and the poor chicken when I opened the coop door was stuck in the imminent egg standing squat hahaha. I only had to wait about 30 seconds for the wet egg to drop. They dry in a few seconds. You have a fun health show. I try to do some Carnivore days and you make simple eating more interesting. And I didn't know that 80/20 ground beef was actually 50/50 protein/fat. Good to know!
Spatula, I bought the hamburger patty maker love it so easy. Thank you.
Is there a link? I'm looking to get one.
try adding some herb extract to your carnivore trust me, I do ashwagandha/ginkgo biloba/gingseng feels great adaptogens are fine in a very small dose and then eat the real food, meat & fat!
Very nice and thorough video. I find your insight very helpful! The gym had some amusing things going on in the background if you hadn’t noticed. 😅
For the carnival quice could you use sausage too? And make it a breakfast item, say with cheese in it? All looks delicious!
I would used a sausage with clean ingredients
I make it with cooked and crumbled bacon instead of beef, and I add cheese once in awhile, but dairy can trigger issues for my gut, so I do that rarely, but yes, sausage in it would work really well
it’s a spatula 😂 altho egg flipper also works. love your vids ❤
Egg 🥚 Flipper lol 😂 We Call that s Spatular 😊
Spatula....not spatular.

I'm new to carnivore and your videos and recipes have been so helpful. Thanks so much! By the way, I'm sure you've heard this before but you remind me so much of Hilary Swank and Angelina Jolie, like if they had a baby...
Do you ever eat chicken wings ? If not , whats the reason to avoid chicken with skin on?
I'm doing carnivore for endometriosis and fibroids, but I'm not eating eggs or butter, because of what I have read, but will it be ok for me to eat them?
Thank you
No Teflon please
'Egg flipper' = Spatula
😂😊
Nope it's a flipper😂 spatulas are for scraping liquids out of a bowl
Can someone clarify why she is suggesting to avoid dairy while eating the brown butter bites ? Is butter less dairy than cream, cheese etc.
Where on earth do you live that you are not allowed to film in public?! Wonderful building btw with all of those great amenities. TIP: make your beef 'donut holes' larger to better accommodate the egg yolks.
Very interesting to see what you eat in a day. I often check in on your videos, but haven't commented in a while.
Great content as always.
All the best to you.
Thanks 🙏
Yes, please expand on butter bite’s recipes
Anyone noticed her amazing skin. Wow!
I’ve got the exact same coffee maker, I’m from the UK, cannot understand why more Americans don’t use an Nespresso it’s so convenient
Hi! I like your life style and recipes! At this moment where do you live? I mean what city 😊 I’m new in your channel
How much i ❤ ur channel 🎉❤🎉
Everything Looks so yummy !!
0:55 LOL I bumped unto same kind of pole yesterday at shops while talking to my husband
Do you mind my asking why you don’t eat chicken? I’m considering implementing more of a carnivore diet, and if there is some a metabolic benefit to not eating chicken, I’d like to know. Thank you so much
Your skin is GORGEOUS!!! Is there anything you do or is it all carnivore diet? its beautiful!
It's what I eat mostly
*Question? Those burger patties were 3.5 oz each or 3.5 oz total? Silly I know, but I'm not a great visual guesser I suppose!
Each
those looked like each one was 3 ½ ounces.
3.5 ounces each
Love your recipes.....it's simple to do.......on your coffee pods, where can I order them from?
Thanks for all you do
..
Thanks..but what about the coffee pod question? Where can I get them....
@@vickiboswell8978 - they look like Nespresso. Depending on what country u r in they can be bought online, in a Nespresso shop. Some countries also have dupes which will work in the Nespresso machine. Hope that helps🙏🏻
We call that egg scooper a spatula.
Good one 😂
Cheapest butter here is about $4 and goes way up. Eggs are about $5 and up from there.
Omg finally found a good creamery butter put a couple tablespoons in my coffee , took all the bitterness out tastes like a dessert . Ok will have to be discipline to restrain from more than 12 oz a day with a day in between it’s a pleasing treat
Love this!
Love the Carnivore WOE.
Very reasonably priced
Never drink coffee. But converting from keto to carnivore. Hope I can, watching as much information as possible.
You were going so well and then ... OMG, green stuff! It's a slippery slope, next thing you know ... vegan!😀
