In Somalia, we do not know feminism. We work in all fields, and Somali women have always been appreciated for their mentality and courage. We are free without feminism. This is normal. Freedom is not something new or needs anyone’s opinion in order for us to understand it. It is like air, natural, very natural. Thank you, Rawda. What you said is true, and this is the Somali woman.

Because our religion is ISLAM? not feminism? Islam is a complete way of life, you do not need to copy gaalo and adopt their ways or it will lead you on their path. As you Somali sister in Islam, please be aware of gaalo and their propaganda. Feminism was invented in the west by gaalo and zionists. Edit: im commenting while watching, sister they say you are oppressed because that is what it always was about, destroying religion, family, and the men of our society since they are the guardians/protectors. That is the way Allah SWT decreed it should be. It is THEIR ideology, THEY invented it and for a reason. All the famous feminists who started the movement, started in the west, white feminists then later black *western* women who adopted it from them. It is a part of liberalism, secularism, and atheism.

You took it off because you have an inferiority complex to the West sis. That is the truth, why didnt you take off the rest of your clothes? It is because your standard is the west and they culturally hate the hijab but still cover their reproductive organs in public for the most part (which in the modern age all they still cover by force of law). What is clothed and what is naked? Islam has a standard and you left it for the west standard, you didnt choose the amazonian nakes tribes standard. You chose the dominant western one, so yes you need to decolonize your mind. You are even using their silly propaganda of force. You are still forced by them in the west to cover your reproductive organs and chest in the west. That you accept. That tell you all you need to know. You are forced to wear clothes publicly by most countries, only the Islamic hijab you decide the force is "traumatic" you are forced to wear some covering outside, take it to its logical conclusion and go outside naked, they will arrest you and force you into some clothes by their standard. Then make youtube videos about your trauma of being forced to cover your reproductive organs and chest, how you never had a choice, how you now rebel and walk outside naked and get arrested in protest. That is how you sound to Muslims who can see your colonized mind.

as a muslim woman, our religion has given us rights and the islamophobes dont see that they see us as opressed, however in a lot of situations muslim men try to take the rights our religion has given us away. That's why I dont see the harm in being a feminist ; its now being used almost as an insult without any further explanation like misogynst muslim men will call every woman that has an opinion a feminist, but they will never explain because there isn't actually a reason against feminism, because it is all about advocating for women's rights, especially when these rights are being taken away from us. I agree with your point against white feminism but we can't ignore these other aspects

Allah swt gave us our rights and not a western , men-made ideology. We may have a few views, that aline with traditional feminism, but we don't need to adapt their way to be "liberated". obligatory or not, it clearly happens. "There is also female circumcision against Islam," are you talking about muhmmad reportedly telling the woman 'don't cut too deep'? not exactly the best instructions, don't you think? too deep sounds very subjective to me. don't you find circumsions, male of female a very strange thing? there is a hadith about not timing your eyebrows: 'don't change allah's creation', yet he wants you to cut things off.
