It depends what the circumference of the childs foot is. (The measurement around the arch and top of foot) The smallest Oval sock loom is 1/4” 56 Pegs and that is best for foot circumference of 7”-8”. I have a 7yr old granddaughter whose circumference is 7” so I may try the 56 peg for her… but I plan to use the same markers as it comes with. 9/9/9. Cindwood does have some smaller round sock looms that may work better for childrens socks.. but I’m going to try the 56 oval first.
