It pairs well with anything really- fried chicken, curried goat, jerk chicken or pork and even ackee and salt fish. However You have to get it right!!!! Heres an easy recipe for a flavorful and ‘shelly’ Jamaican Rice and Peas.

I made it today with curry goat and oxtail, and it was the BEST rice and peas. The only difference was I used gungo peas
