MJ is the GOAT! he has been the de facto measuring stick of pro basketball greatness ever since he played in the NBA.
@Anthony Tucker that is possibly the dumbest thing ever said
@Anthony Tucker nah! Your a bron fan that's why. Let's say kerr and paxon missed and they lost, there's the next game. If ray missed, game over. If kyrie missed, 50/50. Gs could have just went to the ft line.😂
@Anthony Tucker 😂😂that is possibly the funniest thing I’ve heard in awhile . I’m guessing your trying to get people to reply to you . 😬pretty bronsexual of you but funny .
@Anthony Tucker kerr and paxson plays are improved because of MJ influence
@Anthony Tucker 😂you can imagine how we feel about bronsexuals like yourself.
The documentary made me admire MJ and the Chicago Bulls even more than I already did! Extremely inspirational
Are you from Massachusetts? Or Ireland?
Yes sir. Me too. I already loved MJ. Made me love him even more. Best sports documentary I have ever seen.
@willpower242 Dude you seriously sad for having 35+ comments on this one channel trying to disparage MJ and put up your hero Lebron. Its legitimately sad to devote your time to this.
willpower242 Better than loser who come out with excuses after getting swept 🤣🙃😂
Yeah bro they worked them.mind games exactly what he wanted
Michael Jordan was a warrior. He came to win and took no prisoners.
Previous month I managed to pull my first five figure paycheck ever!!! I've been working for this provider on-line for 24 months now and I never been happier... They are paying me $95 per hour, and the most important thing about it is the fact that I am not that tech-savvy, they just asked for standard knowledge of internet and elementary typing skill...Amazing thing about it is that now I have more time for my kids. I am in a position to enjoy quality time with my family and friends and take care of my babies and also going on holiday along with them very consistently. Don't ignore this chance and make sure to act rapidly. Check it out, what it is about... *grab26.com*
The end.
Jackie MacMullen uses a comparison to tell people the difference McHale and Bird. I paraphrase, she said the biggest difference is when McHale had you down he would help you back up and say that you have had enough. Bird would step on your throat and ask if you have had enough yet! That is the difference between MJ and all of the "Next MJ' players have been. Kobe was the closest to having that assassin mentality!
Well said, Jordan mean business period. He was the the team mate you needed to hold you accountable especially when you your idiot on the floor he was mentally and physically tough as well. This era of NBA players to be honest are really soft their spoiled and they complain so much. They are nothing but talent. They don't have the work ethic like the legends before them who had to earn the respect from corporate America. Nothing was ever handed to them, they had to work for it.
Jesus man. No! Just no! Its guys like Wilt, Russell, Jerry West Dr J and others that paved the way for the teams of the 80s, granted Bird and Magic had to save the league. Then those 80s team further paved the way. Then MJ Era teams paved the way for the next wave. Thats how its been in every sport.
Today's players don't have a work ethic? Do you have any idea how flippantly inaccurate that is? Any idea?!?!
The interview of young Michael Jordan in the last part of Episode 10 says it all. That’s what he did to the Bulls franchise.
Beats jordan in a game of ball.
Jordan in his mind: the fk u say bout my mama? *drops 50

The Bulls wanted to impress the Polish population of Chicago with a Polka parade celebrating their 6th title.
That's nothing to admire and/or celebrate Amaan. That is behavior to psychologically analyze of a terribly insecure man needing validation at all costs and tap an unhappiness hole he has yet to deal with.
@@cactaceous Jordan has always said his competitiveness is a curse that has ruined relationships and friendships. I wouldn't say insecure, but competitive to the nth degree. It's more primal in that he has the desire to always be the dominant one and in control of the pact.
Don't be learnt nothing around me man!
I admire him even more after the last dance.
"How much is winning important to you.."
Something NBA players and fans overlook these days.
I think that's the biggest difference between players today vs yesteryear.
Yeah wins aren't important to players or fans anymore. Which is how you can have players who focus on individual stats or triple-doubles feeling like they deserve the MVP...or how you can have fanboys thinking a player who is 3-6 is better than a player who is 6-0, 5-2, 6-5, or 5-4. Pathetic.
Big FACTS!!!!!
a whole lot of people do.
contracts, endorsements, entertainment is so much more prevalent in todays' NBA; these are things that keep younger players distracted and complacent with money rather than developing and winning
"We all needed Michael to be the bad guy because we were all mentally soft"
Scottie Pippen
That’s a huge thing for a man to admit.
LeeTravius Mckay where did he say fhai
LeeTravius Mckay where did he say that
@@waynelee9503 I think in episode 9
Pippen has always openly admitted his first three years Jordan was ferociously tough against him because he knew Pippen was a super-gifted player himself and needed to gain a mental edge for Jordan to get out of the shadow of Boston and Detroit. Once Pippen became an All-Star player and a two-way threat the Bulls became a dynasty.
Now you know why Kobe was blowing his phone up at 2,3 o'clock in the morning. Kobe knew then what these guys are finding out now.

“Win at all cost...” ~Michael Jordan
The most MJ thing ever is releasing a documentary that makes him influential on the next generation more than the current superstars 🤣🤣
You got that so rigth. And guess what time it was released? No way anyone who like sport would have missed that. This is like icing on his legacy cake. And we know that the next generations will feed out of his mindset to be great. His story will be told and watched way after his death.

Jefferson said it best on the impact of the documentary!
So many folks that are from different sports made the same observation. The psychological aspect of his playing was impressive
"The Last Dance" should be shown in top MBA programs in teaching leadership.
Oh my goodness what a great idea. It should be shown to middle and high school too. I mean I was so inspired way deep inside. Watching all the 10 episodes, I saw the sacrifice that it cost to be a winner. I mean so much to digest.
Would probably need to omit his attempts at leadership at Washington and Charlotte though
I think that the main reason why people praise him, is because he was such a superlative basketball player. Most people, even with a psychopathic personality or mindset, couldn’t accomplish these kinds of things, and would probably end up hurting more people, than really becoming an inspiration to many.
the difference with MJ and Lebron, is MJ doesnt need to demand you the respect he deserve, you will give it to him because you will look at him and you will feel fear, and the leader he is and the godness in him, you have no choice but respect him, Lebron at this point of his career still demanding respect, that shows you who the real goat is.

Lebron: I want to play with all the greats.
Jordan: I want to beat all the greats
An absolutely UNDERRATED comment!!
Absolutely correct. LeBron runs to play with Wade and Bosh, runs to play with Kyrie and Kevin Love and got Derrick Rose on his team, Isaiah Thomas, Kyle Korver and how many other Allstars has he had on his team at the same time. Jordan wanted to beat them, not join them.
Might be the best comment in this entire section. Should have 1K likes by now.
That's why Jordan retired the second time when Phil Jackson was getting shipped...He refused to rebuild. You want to be a great, you stick through the bad of it as well, not just stay when you have a superteam.

Kobe is a better version of mj. His stats are stacked because the league expanded in his time that caused a lot of weak teams
The Last Dance was a great documentary and it came out at a time where people needed a little motivation during this pandemic and MJ was a relentless competitor even as a rookie he had his eyes on the prize I loved to see that I didn't know he was that hungry to win a championship awesome
For me, no one in any sport has been as entertaining to watch as MJ. The motor was always running on both ends of the court. He was as thrilling to watch on defense as offense. His defensive footwork, anticipation & ferocity were as impressive as his gravity defying offense.
The one who became MJ 2.0 was Kobe. And he got 5 chips. That tells you the MJ blueprint is strong.
Yes with fundamentals, strong mid range shooting and post moves, is a strong blue print.
The Last Dance made me appreciate MJ even more. He is a competitor at the highest level with the heart of a champion. It doesn't matter to me whether or not he had to make up stories in his head to motivate himself. The fact remains, it worked. He is a true leader that led by example and pushed his team to get the best out of them. MJ is the GOAT!
I told my lil bro decades ago that In this future we living in now Mike will be the one celebrated because of what he did to the game....I’m happy I live to see my prediction 😊🙏🏾🔥
How about this DeeWunn, I told MJ's brother Larry the morning after MJ's second game in the league that if he did not suffer an injury-debilitating injury that he would become the best to ever play in history. Straight Facts, ask his brother.
If T Mac were to create them rivalries in his head like MJ did he’d probably be around that stratosphere. RJ made the point, cause T Mac just realized what separates MJ from dynamic superstar like himself.
Didn’t Shaq do the same thing about David Robinson made up a story about him not giving him a autograph or something
Yup he did. Elite players often look for extra motivation
Yeah but Shaqs annoying af. “Ringz erneeehhh”. Gtfoh.

YUP shaq learnt from jordan, kobe has done the same thing also. only the elite do it.
Shaq was extra mad when David scored them 71 to win that scoring title that really pissed shaq off haha

I’m a Knick fan. I watched Michael from the jump. He sent my team home four times in the playoffs....it took his retirement in 1994 and 1999 for the Knicks to get out of the Eastern Conference and into the finals. That dudes mentality and sheer will is what killed us.
@@95Ldunc I am sorry but that Knicks team were far from being a contender. They were like the 2009 Orlando Magic. Had a top 10 player and bunch of good role players. Solid team, built to make a deep playoff run, and that's it. If Bulls were not power house, Knicks would have never won.

Richard Jefferson is so clear! We need him on the show!
I did really like M.J
But the team's he had along with the coaching of others made him a winner take away his teams day in day out. Who had players on their Teams like Michael today. Perhaps the Warriors. Teams were more evenly matched with talent. And the game was more fun to watch. Detroit's Mr. Big shot threw away a championship on purpose. I never understood how N.Y. couldn't get a championship, Sonics, or the Pacers. It would have been nice to see the guy who played with So many broken bones win too. But coaching hurt a lot of teams too. If the mailman could of only delivered on Sunday,i'm glad he didn't. There were a lot of great player's that made their teammates great. Not so many one man shows and trade ups. Work with what you have, coach with the not so visable names and you too can have championships. And I didn't watch the episode. I already knew the ending. Only one problem when you're the greatest regardless of the past you give kids your passion, your strength and your weaknesses, however great Micheal really was, the goat as you all place him, he'll always have a thorn in his side and have to ask himself the question Michael was it worth it?
Pearlette Granberry ain’t nobody got time for your comment. L

Now everyone truly knows what it takes to be a champion even as a sick gifted athlete and as a role player!
Such a classy interview with classy players that just kept it real about the GOAT MJ! 👍
Lebron literally quit on his team multiple times , for sure 2010 nba ECF game 5 and then 2011 nba finals, you cannot say the same about MJ the dude statistically never even had one bad playoff series even the 95 ECSF he scored 31ppg
Bron had 45 n 10 game 5 so how he quit
Lebron wasnt in the ECF in 2010 🤣

MJ IS THE GOAT!! GREAT DOC, AMAZING STUFF!
Bro I love rj ! This man needs a show
7 straight TRIPLE DOUBLES when teams were taking way fewer shots, scoring 90es. Let that sink in everybody, before saying someone else is a better overall player, MJ just scored etc. GOAT!👊👏⛹♀️
