- I'm going to show you why this eye makeup technique on hooded eyes is better than any eyeliner technique! I have slightly hooded eyes so I'm showing why this technique is better than any eyeliner on hooded eyes so that you can easily create and wear this eye makeup look if you too have hooded eyes.
In this video I'll show you step by step how to create this look which gives you an eyeliner look perfect for hooded eyes. I'll break it down for you so it's easy to understand and recreate. It's a makeup technique that is perfect for beginners and so easy to do! It gives a beautiful eyeliner finish to the eyes.

OMG🤯! I’ve never seen this technique. I also just realized from watching Nina was hold her brush that I’ve been holding my brush upside down! Lol No wonder my line is always messed up and I didn’t have control over placing my wing where I wanted it and the line would be too thick when I tried to connect it.

Update: This technique is amazing! I use this as my day look as its softer and it makes my eye look larger. I have a severe hooded eye. May need surgery if I ever want to go back to wearing contact lenses, but good makeup techniques and lash extensions have been my salvation. You really need relax the eye when you do it though...I tense up easily and want to look up.

You are a genius makeup artist! I have watched so many hooded eye looks and, mostly, it boiled down to the bat-wing, which I dislike. I feel more confident trying to replicate this hooded eye look! My lid "dropped" in my mid 50s, I am 58 now. I am so enjoying your channel and I think you are SO talented and beautiful. I taught makeup to myself in my mid teens and have been a department store makeup artist for a few years in the past. I did not enjoy it because they wanted me to focus more on sales than the artistry. In any case, I am and always have been a makeup junkie! I have hooded eyes which I didn’t realise until a year ago when I started watching makeup tutorials. Although I have totally changed my makeup routine due to watching your every videos but have never mastered the eye liner with hooded eyes.
