HI Cole! I was so happy to find that that you have a chair yoga class! I practice yoga, and teach actually, but just had a hip replacement and have to practice what makes sense! I soooo wanted to do that seated figure 4, but at 3 weeks out from surgery, I'm not suppose to do that. Sooooo...I stood with my back to a wall, took my Lacrosse ball in the external rotators of my butt, and gently leaned forward keeping my legs a bit wider than hips and knees slightly bent! I was able to get at those tight beggars!

I have been doing this one everyday for weeks because you make me feel like I’m still doing yoga even though I’m unable to get on the ground and even though stretching on a chair is more comfortable for someone with my health issues. I’d love more!
This one is sooo perfect as a break during the day. It always lifts my mood and the awareness of my body. I love the option to do this in my everyday clothes, taking a break at the desk and doing this sequence. Thank you so much.

Loved this video! I recently sustained an ankle injury and was filled with anxiety on not being able to do my usual yoga practice. It is amazing that no matter what you are going through, yoga has your back and can be modified for whatever situation you are in. I really enjoyed this video, as it is different than other chair yoga sequences I have done. It has different moves, and I actually felt like I was doing a yoga sequence versus just some stretches while sitting on a chair. Thanks so much for making this video....it brought a big smile to my face during this frustrating time. 🙏❤️

I love this Yoga exercise and the one for people with disabilities. I wish there was one that Yoga TX did that was beginner standing poses only (no mat)
Can you do a video for chronic fatigue and joint pain? I've been doing video's for around two months now and there are some days I can do a hour of beginner yoga with no problems. But there are days I am so tired and achy that I struggle just to do downward facing dog cause everything hurts and I feel wiped out. Thanks!
I think I've finally found an exercise routine that works for a body like mine with permanently tight hamstrings, legs and hips due to cerebral palsy. The twistier positions are going to take a while to learn, but I think I'll eventually get to them.
benvolio15 I'm getting better at both the twists and Downward Facing Chair; those were the most uncomfortable in the beginning. After that, it's not that easy for me to cross my legs at the ankles or knees, so instead I find it easier to bring each knee to my chest and lean forward that way.

Most of these poses will be great for when I camping using a camp chair or even a large log and don't want to lay on the ground.
I would love a similar (Chair yoga for seniors) that was a litle longer, perhaps another 10 or so minutes.
