I can't believe I just randomly landed on your page from the thumbnails. I had hammer toe surgery last week and can't do yoga standing poses until mid September. So I won't be able to practice at my usual studio for a while. I was just looking for videos to follow and yours appealed to me without even knowing you specialized in injured feet. I started the video and it looks like it will be a great one but I am still in a post-op boot and have to stick with chair movements for now. I look forward to doing this one when I get out of the boot.
We are two seniors looking to start yoga and needed something easy and simple. My spouse has severe neuropathy and can not stand so this was perfect. Thank you for keeping this older recording online.
Last year, I had a foot fracture and survived through the series of hurt foot workouts with Caroline... when I recovered, I also took up Caroline's exercises to keep diabetes at bay (not that I have but good to keep it at bay). But life is unpredictable, last week I broke my other foot! I am now back to the hurt foot series and am determined to stay strong despite the injury. Thanks, Caroline! I have donated and I hope others who benefited would too!
My fibromyalgia loves you. It feels like January here today and it's November 27th. We should be in the mid 40's plus my dad brought a respiratory virus in to the house and even though I exercise daily, take my plant based supplements, eat healthy, it still got me. Not as bad as my parents, whom I'm living with right now due to legal taking so long to process my divorce. My body is super stressed with all the waiting and rules...I never miss a day with you. I would truly be just without you! Thank you for all your fantastic workouts. You and I have been working out your 5 1/2 years now🎉

I broke my ankle so bad had to have 12 screws and a plate put in it and was told it will take 6 months to a year to recover. I was devastated and didn't know how I'm going to get through this time. I found you and life started again. I've been doing your hurt foot workouts, the total body barre workout and now this seated yoga stretches. I feel so inspired, happy and my leg is recovering amazingly well. it's been only one month after I injured myself and I already belive I will heal and be back to my healthy and active lifestyle. I know I'm commenting on all your videos, but today I just sat down ready to workout and couldn't stop! I've done 5 of them now and I feel incredible. It was so nice to finish the chair cardio and weight training with chair yoga, which I didn't even know existed. For the first time in a very long time, I truly feel proud of myself and how much I've worked with my body. I don't say this lightly, ever, but you have completely changed my outlook on overall body and mental health. You have changed my life for the better, Caroline! I honestly cannot thank you enough!! I was telling my friends about your videos and how wonderful they are and I said, "I wish I could tell her how much she has helped me! Also, it feels like she is actually my friend with how she engages me with her positive energy and encouragement by turning something difficult into something fun. my wife and i had been chair yoga for seniors until covid closed our gym. we are doing this one and the hips floor video three or four times a week. we are grateful for your positivity and kindness. besides the body parts stretch we feel so much stress released because you are so mindful of the breathing in and out with each movement.

But now all I see are opportunities....improved core strength, stronger mindset plus the chance to work on my tight hips!!! Fantastic! Im traveling and have non- weight bearing foot surgery. I had to modify pigeon and warrior on one side to avoid bearing weight on my right. I modified on the bed next to me. It might be good to show modification at the end for a non- weight bearing recovery. THANK YOU

I'm a runner-walker love being outside on my lunch breaks and early mornings weekends well I now can't do that it was my stress reliever ! It isn't just for foot/ankle injuries! Had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction 7 weeks ago. I've moved on from some of the basic chair yoga, but my upper body just isn't ready for full on yoga yet. This was a fantastic stretch for my upper and lower body! Felt so awesome to do! Thanks! I think I'm going to try your chair cardio today. I miss my running and boxing workouts for cardio, and it looks like it might be good for making me laugh at myself as well. Unfortunately, there's just not a ton out there for cardio and strength after a mastectomy beyond the first couple weeks, and the expanders that come with reconstruction just make some regular workouts awkward and uncomfortable. I've been scouring the internet and trying to develop my own workouts, and I came across your channel. I'm so glad I found it!
I am over 300lbs with a foot & knee injury I love all your chair Aerobic videos. My first time doing chair yoga. I love it! My question is when you say cross your legs like a lady. If I am unable to cross my legs due to my weight can I cross at the ankles and do that stretch? In one of your chair Aerobic videos you cross your legs as well. I always wonder if I can't cross my legs if I am doing stretch or exercise correctly. One day I will get to my goal weight and I will be able to cross my legs. 😁

Loved this stretch yoga workout, have wanted to try yoga but find it hard to be on my hands and knees a lot due to a knee replacement and rheumatoid arthritis in my wrists - this was just perfect and I felt really stretched and relaxed after. It isn't just for foot/ankle injuries! Had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction 7 weeks ago. I've moved on from some of the basic chair yoga, but my upper body just isn't ready for full on yoga yet. This was a fantastic stretch for my upper and lower body! Felt so awesome to do!

Thanks! I think I'm going to try your chair cardio today. I miss my running and boxing workouts for cardio, and it looks like it might be good for making me laugh at myself as well. Unfortunately, there's just not a ton out there for cardio and strength after a mastectomy beyond the first couple weeks, and the expanders that come with reconstruction just make some regular workouts awkward and uncomfortable. I've been scouring the internet and trying to develop my own workouts, and I came across your channel. I'm so glad I found it!

I am over 300lbs with a foot & knee injury I love all your chair Aerobic videos. My first time doing chair yoga. I love it! My question is when you say cross your legs like a lady. If I am unable to cross my legs due to my weight can I cross at the ankles and do that stretch? In one of your chair Aerobic videos you cross your legs as well. I always wonder if I can't cross my legs if I am doing stretch or exercise correctly. One day I will get to my goal weight and I will be able to cross my legs. 😁

Loved this stretch yoga workout, have wanted to try yoga but find it hard to be on my hands and knees a lot due to a knee replacement and rheumatoid arthritis in my wrists - this was just perfect and I felt really stretched and relaxed after. Thanks Caroline will try some of your other workouts too.
