I wish when you end the video for savasana there wasn't ads/previews of other videos with sound at the end of the practice. It's frustrating to have my savasana interrupted when I've enjoyed the practice so much!

This was the first yoga video I've ever used on RUclips that had ads in the middle of the practice. I was really surprised by that! Other than the ads, I wish there were more counter balancing poses for all the forward bending as well. Enjoyed the instructor and her mellow vibe and good comments throughout, but I'm still on the search for the perfect guided practice before bedtime. Most nights I do my own thing, but when my day is especially hectic, it's nice to be guided (and I have two very spirited children than often cause more chaos than I'd like in my daily routine).
I was thinking the same thing. This was such a wonderful practice, but I would love more time with the music just to Savasana quietly for at least three or four more minutes maybe five.
I don't usually comment on youtube videos at all but after struggling through a few yoga tutorials on youtube I felt like yours really deserved a comment. Cole describes everything SO WELL and really makes it seem human and enjoyable. I'm a new mom and my body has been extremely tense. The combined mental and physical demanding tasks of raising a tiny human can be exhausting. I have 12 of your videos saved to my faves but this is almost always the one I keep coming back to. there's just something about those side body stretches and leg stretches that make me feel relaxed enough for bed. this is just the perfect flow... it's moving meditation. I love it!!

so in love! I am doing a 30 reboot and it has been so hard detoxing off of dairy soy corn sugar and wheat, . I am on day 5 of this video, I tried the 10 and the 30 minute one as well from Cole and I always come back to this yoga in the am yoga in the pm with Cole its amazing I feel so much better since I added yoga to my routine thank you so much for posting these videos!

I've been wanting to get into yoga for a while, but just never got around to starting. I was watching a Dr. Axe video & the guest was talking about how stretching at night increases GABA and helped with deeper sleep. I decided to check out a video & am glad I found yours. Most of it was pretty relaxing, I just don't have my tendons stretched out as much as I'd like, so some parts were kind of difficult / painful, but I know I just need to do they for days to weeks and they will eventually stretch out properly. I also have MS, so keeping my tendons stretched out is very important. I don't want to take "MS medicine" other than food / exercise & don't want to end up in a wheel chair, so I'm doing everything I can. My diet & exercise are already spectacular, symptoms are all but completely gone, now it's just up to meditation & stretching regularly and I think I'll be on the path to permanent remission. It is possible and I will do it! Thanks, SUBSCRIBED!!
This was such a nice relaxing flow. I really like the way you approached the seated wide leg forward fold. I have never been able to even get close to the beginning of that, but by working with it with just one leg straight at a time, I think I might have a chance to get a little bit of improvement at that. I have been doing this almost every night for the past 6 weeks! I love the guided breathing and deep stretching, the pace is perfect for me, and I've been sleeping so much more soundly. I am obsessed with Cole videos! I switch up which one I do in the morning but I've also incorporated those into my daily routine. I am much more calm and relaxed throughout my days. I also crossfit so these are a perfect balance for me. would love another bedtime flow for some variety. I've tried a few others by different people and they weren't the same so I continue to do this every night (sometimes the 30 min one). My forward folds have gotten so deep and I really feel that connection/meditation. I love your videos!Thanks, Cole! This video was the greatest yoga video I've seen. Speaks exactly and specifically with my ability and how I like to stretch. I felt a great connection to the ease and calmness in the video.

This video was the greatest yoga video I've seen. Speaks exactly and specifically with my ability and how I like to stretch. I felt a great connection to the ease and calmness in the video.
+Claire White I feel the same ^_^ Cole is the best teacher! I like that she doesn't go deep into stretches even though she can, she knows her audience and is great at teaching beginners.

I did this last night, it made me sleep so nice
I feel like I might float away in a second, iv been studying for exams for about two weeks with no chance to really exercise or de-cramp and I couldn't stand it anymore, but this has just awakened me and I feel like I'll have the best sleep iv had in weeks!
