- In this video, I demonstrate a simple exercise to help those dealing with hip impingement symptoms. Typically, you will feel hip impingement symptoms at the bottom of a deep squat. This can be pain in and around the joint of the hip. This exercise can help temporarily relieve the pain of hip impingement symptoms. This exercise is part of a larger system that can help potentially fix the hip issue. Eventually you will need good hip mobility as well as strong glutes to “fix” the issue.
