I think this program is only available in the US. In most other parts of the world it doesn't show up on the store when you search for it. This is not the first time this happens either, a lot of apps seem to be country locked/limited for some reason.
simple fix, change your region to United States in Windows settings.
No microsoft is deploying as a default app in china and is expected to do the same every where. It's just rolling out in china first.

I am thinking of once downloading the malwarebytes using winget and scan my system just once and will delete it later using BC uninstaller

yeah you can do that, I don't use any anti virus software
just ran a scan and everything seems okay, but I noticed something strange. Whenever we use any other antivirus, Windows Defender automatically disables itself. For example, when I launch Malwarebytes, Windows Defender turns off, and vice versa. This is bad because there's a gap in protection for about 30 seconds while one program switches to the other.
I also noticed that when I uninstalled Malwarebytes, it somehow disabled Windows Defender and I couldn't manually re-enable it until Malwarebytes was completely removed. This makes me feeling that relying on free antivirus software might be risky, as they might not provide real-time protection and could leave us vulnerable during program transitions. What do you think@@kilObit ?
well never hurts to have a second opinion scanner an malwarebytes is good. But you already have windows defender and if you Use Defender UI app with it it turns on advanced features such as advanced ransomware protection. I saw defender tested with and without defender UI and with it on it socred a perfect 100% detection and and prevention ratio.
@@billyguthrie3176 what settings are to be enabled with defender ui?
@@epic_journey. just go to the top of the app where it says profile and click on it an select reccommended. if you manually change any setting it becomes a custom profile you can save. as long as you are running at least the recommended profil;e you will get all the protections you need.

I don't know why you would need it as Windows 11 comes built-in with cleaning tools
its better and simple to use and yes it is using same thing in the background
well i can tell you right now the app is not going to put Iobit advanced system care or Ccleaner out of business.
Microsoft pc manager is crap and it does exactly nothing to boost peoples pc. i downloaded it went through it and saw what a hunk of junk it is so i deleted it. microsoft needs to get seriuos.
