So lidia I have a question for you. When you want to slim your thighs and make them smaller is it better to eat more protein? And just in general how do I make them smalllll?? 😭
You can't spot reduce fat in certain area, you will see changes overall your body progresively, you just have to exercise and of course eat balanced. Protein helps with the growth of muscles so yes, it's an important part of your diet if you want to be in better shape. I hope it helps, forgive me if i have some mistakes, english is not my first language😸
