    I've been there. 2 things that got me through.
    1. Water stupid amounts of water. I gave my 85 year old uncle the job of being my water coach. It gave him purpose... every 15 minutes he made me drink 😆 🤣. At least a sip.
    I dropped 20 lbs in about 2 weeks.
    In Lou of a octanagerian I recommend a alarm.
    2. Fasting
    I know, but just listen. I consider it a reset switch. 24 hours with a solid huge meal at the end.

      I do some fasting because of caloric restriction and weight loss but fasting is anti thyroid so I have to do it within reason, the water tho, I will try!
