Help! I can't get enough calcium without supplements!

    With concerns over calcium supplements & heart issues, aren’t algae calcium safer since it’s a food & could be part of the 1200 mg? Even eating healthy greens (kale,collard greens,etc) it’s hard to reach the 1200 mg. unless you eat a lot of dairy which makes a too acidic ph. Thank you for all your patience & great work you do. It just gets a little confusing .

    How absorbable is the added calcium in the plant based milks? Aren’t food manufacturers just dumping a whole heap of Dolomite into the product? Dolomite is NOT highly absorbable
