I know my electrolytes are low and really feel like I could benefit from it. LMNT is a popular electrolyte replacement powder sold on Amazon and their main website?

Remember, the most you should be starting with is 1 tablespoon in 6 oz of water. If Hank (5:32) consumed 5 tablespoons, without enough water, he probably wouldn't end up on the toilet, he'd end up in the hospital with a bowel blockage.

Sooooo glad I found you!!!! 🫶🏻 For years I was having, what I thought, were healthy morning smoothies. Never used protein powders. My smoothies were packed with spinach 😮, almonds 😮, raw beets (due to elevated BP), celery, carrots, almond milk , chia seeds and flax ground, cacao powder and sometimes unsweetened coconut flakes. Boy was I wrong!!! Now my left kidney has calcification 😢. Had a stone 9 yrs ago that had to be blasted. I was hopeful to never have another. Increased water, stopped alcohol, reduced coffee….alas, I now learn my sodium has been too high (I don’t salt anything but I do like to eat out 😔). Major food shift!!! I also eat more plant based meals (from scratch) and need to watch cholesterol. It’s quite a balancing act at 57 😅. Sorry to ramble on….hope everyone realizes that we are all different, like you said Jill…and find what works best for your body. You and Jeff rock!!! ❤

Oh my gosh, I'm 57, too, and I got here because I always ate very healthy. I jokingly told my urologist the other day (prepping for laser litho next week to remove a biggy) that I'm going to make a major lifestyle change and switch to only eating garbage from now on, since healthy foods did this to me, lol. Not really going to do that, but wowee, there's a lot to learn when you've been "doing everything right" all these years and you're prepping for surgery anyway. Doing all the research now and appreciate Jill so much.

I took a remedy for bronchitis, a gelcap containing a distillate of a mixture of essential oils of eucalyptus (66%), sweet orange (32%), myrtle (1%) and lemon (1%). It was super effective against the bronchitis right away, but the second day i took twice the dose and it gave me really bad GI pain for hours, and at some point I felt those pains that we feel when a stone start to exit the kidney...then after reading the notice inside the box, it DOES mention GI pain and in some rare cases "existing kidney stones or gallstones may start to move". So or we are : if Chanca PIedra does not work but you prefer to trigger a stone to exit before it gets much bigger, you might try it (read all the notice before tho and consult blablabla).

I will try Chanca Piedra because for the price and numerous testimonies, it would be crazy not to try. The way Jill is dismissing the reports about Chanca piedra is pretty bad, I mean yes maybe this or that stone was meant to pass anyway, or someone jumped a 6 foot wall and failed to take that into account. But the sheer sum and quality of so many testimonies from people claiming to FINALLY pass stones and with LITTLE OR NO PAIN ... It seems quite unreasonable to dismiss all of it and its potential effects.

I just caught on to your channel like a month ago, so u may have already addressed this: I have not slept a full nights rest since 2010 bc I have had kidney stones and I have small bladder. Mainly bc of kidney stones though. I have only slept all nite long two nights and that was bc I was in the hospital to remove kidney stones and I had a catheter in me so I got to sleep for like 8 hours straight. I know I have to drink plenty of water now despite how often I pee. Hoping you still have some comments, suggestions and input bc my mental health is always on high vigilance being always tired never really getting rem sleep and I may sleep two hours tops maximum at a time. Don’t get me wrong, I get up pee and go right back to sleep but it still messes w me I think on the whole. I’m 52 now. Jill I was diagnosed with uric acid stones 5 years ago. I admit I failed to continue using the Pot Citrte meds after a major move across country and after living in my daughters home 6 months I failed to follow through. Also I joined the kidney stone diet group before and failed to get the 24 hour urine test. NOW i am dealing with at least one packed kidney full of stones and being advised to let them blast the stones. Should I ask for a 24 hour test before the surgery? I didn't have any problem 5 years but just about 4 weeks ago having pain they did CT scans twice to determine the kidneys outlook. I'm 73 and hope I'm not to late to change my ways. I just want to do this the right way. My urologists' did not mention the 24 hour test. Maybe he will after surgery. I think he wants to determine for himself what kind of stones I am dealing with cause when I told him I had uric acid stones he questioned me as to how I knew that. If you get this message, I thank you ahead for any advice you have.
