    I am very grateful for these exercises. I had shoulder surgery (four tendons) in June 2020 and suffered from chronic pain. I started doing all exercises from this video except for the the last one in October 2022. My pain actually completely disappears doing these exercises (until I sleep on it, then need to do the exercises again).
    I started doing the last one November (the u-shape movement) once, then three times then six times after a couple of months.
    I was able to move to a better apartment in February 2023 and do these exercises regularly, the last one 10 repetitions, almost every day. I am still very careful about how I move and how much I carry.
    I wanted to tell you that your video helped me to do things I thought I could never do again I greatly improved the quality of my life.
    Thank you so much!

      Wow! I'm so happy that your pain levels decreased and that you are doing better with your quality of life with these exercises. Keep doing all the great work!
      The last exercise is definitely difficult! That is great that you can do it now. When I was a bit more in practice, I could do it with my fingertips, but that's slowly building up the strength. Thank you again for watching, I plan to try to make more!

    I cannot express my gratitude for these shoulder videos enough! I have suffered with a torn rotator and separated my shoulder , the first as an injury, and then became loose due to babying it( even though I followed prescribed PT as recommended)…it helped very little….I started doing these movements in your video and I CAN REPORT NOTHING BUT AMAZING RESULTS IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! I had resigned to living with pain every night for the rest of my days and last night was my third night in 3 yrs I wasn’t awoken with shoulder pain…my shoulder is feeling stronger and my confidence in it is growing exponentially everyday ! Ive added these to a very quick and easy Qigong routine I do immediately following a mindfulness meditation and attempt to keep my mind quiet …I feel like I discovered gold! Thank you 🙏 sooo very much!

    Thank you so much for doing this video, I have a niggling rotator cuff injury from landscaping and I've been waiting months for treatment from our overstretched NHS in the UK. These exercises feel just right.
    I added some timings, if you add timings to your description, it will mark the different sections, which can be handy.
    00:22 Horse stance exercise
    02:32 Covering palm exercise
    05:01 Thumb rotation
    07:15 Tiger Pounces on Prey
    Thank you again 🙂

    Thank you Dr. Khanita for these exercises and that part about frozen shoulder syndrome. I strained my rotator cuff and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to keep it immobilized or not. I'll do these every day until I regain strength and mobility! Thank you!🙏🙇‍♂

    I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I have issues with my C4-6
    I have horrible pain in my left arm down to my hand, shoulder blade, and now my chest muscle. Are these exercises safe for my issue?

    • @arayahpm
      @arayahpm  2 года назад +2

      Thank you for watching and asking this question! I would say, definitely go to your tolerance level and take it easy on the movements. You can always take it slow, but if the movements cause any pain down the left arm, I would stop. You can modify the exercise to have your arms lower and do it gently that way. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Very grateful to have found your excellent video a few month ago and glad to say Rotator cuff/Shoulder Impingement pain is 95% better...My understading is that my shoulder pain was related to stagnant Kidney and Heart Qi energy ( possibly the same for others) , so thanks to you and these exercises which seem to target these areas,I was able to get the Qi flowing again. I also started with a simple Qiqong Swing before the routine to warm up. Qiqong is amazing. In addition I lso followed a couple of Western methods, particulr the Shoulder Hang, which is so simple but effective. All the Best to you.

    Thanks for sharing! I have a grade 1 SLAP tear (shoulder labrum where biceps tendon joins). Is it possible for qigong, along with focused energy direction/healing work, to heal something like this, or is surgery the main route here with qigong just helping in the recovery?

    • @arayahpm
      @arayahpm  3 года назад +1

      Thanks for watching! Of course, always good to check in with your doctors about what is best for you but I find the qigong helpful in recovery in both ways.

    • @_trismegistus
      @_trismegistus 3 года назад +1

      @@arayahpm I definitely have been to my Ortho doctor and we're discussing surgery as he believes (of course in the western mindset) that surgery is required to heal such a tear. I was just curious if you believe that Qigong could possibly be powerful enough to actually return a torn labrum to a healed state, or if that is just outside the scope of the practice regardless of who is working on it.
