- Ignition Module *Fixed!!! All Duraspark 460!!! Noticed a fluid leaking from the ignition module. Looked for the ignition fluid
Duplex engine bay "Old Ford Blue" spray paint was used with a 180 grit sandpaper and some electrical parts cleaner. Also purchased a Lincoln sticker from EBAY
Livened up the engine bay a lot!!! Also greatly improved off the line acceleration, However I want to point out that I have also replaced the coil and spark plugs as well!!! Thanks for checking my channel out and take care of yourselves!!!

Hey Bevin Inshot Video Editor Pro (Cell phone App) and You Tube studio. I transfer the Video from the hero 8 to the computer then 2 my phone . edit it then upload.

Adobe pro is where it's at but you got to have the right computer ($3000) we will see if I hit a 1000 subs I'll do it if not lol 🤣

Is there a way to test these modules? Dealing with a no start condition in mine.
I would honestly just purchase another from rock Auto they are about 25-30 bucks. Even if it's not the issue you have a spare to keep in the trunk. Also don't forget about the coil. You can verify both Are working by removing the main coil wire from the distributor and placing it close to metal. Then have someone turn the key. You should see the spark jump from the wire to the metal. If no spark. Bad module, bad coil, or bad ignition harness (,runs from coil to ignition also available from rock Auto.

Another great video! Was your motor cranking slow before you replaced the module? Mine cranks slow even with a new battery and starter.
No usually that means your initial time is off. Another words the initial timing is so retarded it's trying to fire off the mixture as the piston is coming up. There is a whole process to setting the initial timing and you will need a timing light that has a tacho and will have to get it started to set timing. Another common culprit is the starter solenoid, bad cell in the battery, of course the contacts on the starter and the starter itself.
