Perfect timing on finding your channel 🙏🏼❤️ ~ I’m in the mid Michigan area and just experienced a protruding spinal disc in my sacrum,
can you share on stretches/exercises that are safe for the early healing/decompression stages and any exercises/stretches to strengthen the area to avoid further herniation + pain? I’m 22 and am not ready or willing to live in pain/restricted motion

I have an anxiety disorder sometimes I go days without unclenching muscles. For years every so often I’ve been battling what feels like the beginning of a cold with clogged up lymph nodes in the front of my neck, yet the doctors never find anything. 4 mins in and I’ve already noticed a huge difference. Thank you so much!

So I have been having problems with the front and sort of sides of my neck. I suspect that it is the SCM muscles. I know I have bad sitting posture, and a lot of tension. But is it normal to feel throbbing around the bottoms of the SCMs? It almost feels like my carotid and jugular are being squeezed. Almost like someone is lightly strangling me. I don't know if I should be worried, but doing these exercises did seem to help after the soreness went away.

Great video! In future, I suggest that after each exercise (or video), you cut to a video of you saying, "BOOM! You've been CHIROPRACTED." Alternatively, you could have a short intro in which you say (preferably with a hang-down microphone like they have at big boxing events), "get ready to CHIROPRACTICE!!!" (and make sure you draw out the last word). Good luck!

Because, if you don’t have any, they are very easy and relatively inexpensive to obtain. IMO, most people who are in pain would do practically anything for relief, and they certainly wouldn’t be deterred by something as simple as obtaining a tennis ball (or, one of the other balls he suggests).
