Instant relief, no JOKE. I have never had a pinched nerve before. Young twenty's and a Latin dancer. I have been inactive as of late, mixed with extra stress, poor sleep, and lower water intake-- I developed this very painful tension. I can no longer be dipped while dancing I FEAR because of the pain. While I'm a relatively flexible person, it's taken an intense toll on me and daily life. I attempted to dip myself today and I felt I immediately injured myself and came directly to RUclips to find help videos.

My anxiety was caused by a medical scare and what will help is to seek help from a CBT cognitive behaviour therapist to change the way we think and react to things that cause us anxiety and health being my issue.
I am a person who believes in science and all the information we have points towards human beings evolving without the help of some super being.
My idea of Jesus is a man who today would be called a cupt leader who had brainwashed people into believing he was the son of God. His followers then stole the body from the tomb and then Chinese whispers began about seeing him around and he is alive.
We can not believe a book that was wrote by man then amended again by man, humans beings have used the name of God to kill millions of people of in history to control people. Once it was Gods not God they choose to use against people and one God for each thing so they had all the basis covered but then Christianity became so popular they decided to to adopt this as their way to control. The church were in power for decades in the times of kings like king Henry and so on and they were so cruel they even invented the torture of purification.
So please keep this mad man called jesus out of our normal lives as we know now better but sadly thus cult has grown so far even after the cult leader has been dead for 1000s of years people still believe lol.
If i was to declare my self as the son of God right now i would be labeled a lunatic and if i had followers we would be a "cult" think about that.

Actually we all are student in universe .doctors can treat our body not our feeling not our emotions your knowledge gives you emotions depend you have positive knowledge or nagtive knowledge that call vibration that's make our path. I respect all religions because they teaches us how to behave with others souls. But some people very emotional about their religious they disrespect others religious I believe only language is different but they teaches us same how to make our self truthful. Ego , anger, jealous, greed ,desire, discrimination these are bad guys hiding in our body your doctors can't find then only with religious knowledge you can kill them and forever happiness builds up

For example if it's twice or three times daily, does that mean you do all of them multiple times? Or do we choose a few and alternate? Thanks again and all the best to anyone with the same thing going on :)

So his head is in the constant down position. Not only that his posture has become weaker. I too have pain radiating down my arm from cell phone. and working at a keyboard. Even after all the tests, nothing came out. I absolutely sure it is pinched nerve only. I have serious issues with C-2 to C-4. Pain got wicked bad after Pnemonia. I asked pain Doc & Pharmacist for alternatives to more pills or injections. Both said Viridipharm CBD Salve 500mg. It's pharmaceutical grade, 2oz cost $85, lasts me 4 months. It's a life saver! Comes in stick form like deodorant, only need a tiny amount, I use back of stainless steal spoon to gently message into area, doesn't smell bad like bengay & quiets pain in 2 minutes. My Brother had pain from knee injury, got him to try it, now he applies every am. Both cases the source of pain is close to skin so treatment of CBD Salve is effective. Don't waste $ on cheap knock offs, they're worthless. Studies show dehydration, lack of restful sleep, processed foods, low Vitamin D or low magnesium all contribute to increased pain. A warm 20 min bath with 1 cup Epsom Salt will relax muscle spasms & your body will absorb magnesium (Epsom Salt) through skin faster than taking supplements. Also, I learned a lot about posture, proper form in repetitive movements & fascia from "Anatomy Trains" by Tom Myers. Several videos available on RUclips so you don't have to buy book. Exercise suggestions are Water Aerobics, Pilates & Yoga. Hope this helps you overcome pain. Wishing you abundant Blessings!

I started with this 2 months ago and I can't thank you enough Dr. Jared. Had commented at the time that your description of a chin tuck finally nailed it for me. Well, I now have a neck, out from where it was buried, and maybe a half inch longer! I am 64 and I needed that lift for health reasons. That said, with a longer neck, I found that I now have to chin-tuck at a higher head position. This indeed shows excellent result!! So much so that the last few days I was still trying to tuck it as usual but it didn't feel so good because it was now like I was trying to tuck it back to where it didn't want to be🤣Thanks for great advice. 👍
