I made the lengthy journey from London all the way to Honolulu, via Tokyo, for my first time in Hawaii! This vlog is fairly chilled and relaxed as I meet up with Elly (who'd already been in Hawaii for a number of days) to explore parts of Oahu, the most populated island of Hawaii.
On our mini Hawaii Road Trip, we passed through volcanic mountains, coastline beaches and forestry, capturing some photography along the way. Stopping off at Banzai Pipeline to see some epic waves and surfers was pretty impressive! I'd love to explore more surfing destinations and dedicate some time to get closer and focus more on photography.
Coming up next will be a vlog from our time in the Big Island of Hawaii before our huge road trip along the west coast of the USA!

It's crazy how much work goes into these vlogs and the time it takes for you guys to get them out to the public, dedication!
Yeah man, it can get a bit silly sometimes with the delays. To be honest though, the rail series is what has held everything up. Most of those episodes took about 40+ hours to edit, mixed with the time spent travelling on back to back trips, it’s created a huge workload.
Production value for a travel vlog is out of this world! I've really enjoyed watching them. I hope you're able to keep it up

Aloha, just moved off Island a month ago and this video sure brought back the feels. The Aina is a magical, healing place for sure! I encourage everyone to experience Hawaii.
Winter is the season for big-waves... Waimea is home to "The Eddie" invitation-only surf competition, which needs 30+ foot waves...

Really love the style of your videos and photos, especially the ones in Japan; love that country. This one, the chickens stole the show for my wife and me. I never knew they can run that fast! It’s like their bodies are on gimbals (~6:11).

Was most of that vlog taken on your GH5S? I have a G80 and love it. But most of my travel video is now done on my DJI Osmo Pocket. So much more convenient.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question. We've been back in London since April; it always takes a long time to go through and edit all our footage, which means it's never in real-time.
Hawaii and Maori words and names are generally pronounced the same so you should be fine

I actually cut a whole section from when I arrived in Hawaii and realised my haircut was really bad around the back and sides. Elly then attempted to fix it, but it didn't really go to plan haha!
