The juice of 2 lemons is not that much. I don't know what those people were havin a problem with unless they're babies. They do not get filtered through the kidneys and are not expelled through urine. If someone were to consume olive oil and experience less pain from their kidney stones it would either be A) a placebo, or B) pressure from a bowel movement is causing irritation/pain in the kidneys and the oil lubed up your guts and pushed things forward a little so the movement is no longer putting pressure on the kidneys. Be careful with this myth guys, drinking straight oil can cause an explosive surprise and a dire need to purchase new trousers

I'm from Trinidad and tobago.. And ATM I am going through it with a tiny pin like kidney stone and it literally feels like its destroying my insides.. I heard raisin and carrot juice works. I know from experience after passing one (most painful thing I’ve ever experienced) that water helped me pass mine. It reduced the pain as well.
I’m pretty sure it will take more than a week for a stone to dissolve no matter what you try. I haven’t ever heard a suggestion for olive oil dissolving kidney stones.
Why do you try so hard to make it sound like 2 whole lemon juice is a lot. Many people can easily substitute their daily soda or other juice with a home made lemonade that has at least 2 whole lemon.
Definitely love adding lemon juice to my water; it tastes good and helps with non-heme iron absorption when consumed with a meal. But drinking 2 ounces of lemon juice on a regular basis probably wouldn't be great for tooth enamel.

Drink rooibos tea, 2 to 3 cups a day wouldn't be an issue. It's caffeine free and very low in oxalates, plus it has a lot of health benefits. Tastes better than most other teas in my opinion.

The juice of banana stem on an empty stomach in the morning twice a week. Along with 2 litres of water. Banana stem is diuretic and helps flush out. An Indian remedy, helps many.

Sucralose is chlorinated sucrose(table sugar).
Its very harmfull , the chlorine kills the friendly gut bacteria.

Citric acid binds to calcium in the blood. Lemon juice is one of the best things for kid ey stones

Because they are both high in oxylates AND fiber. Fiber creates the bacteria that eats oxylates.

@@Ellieangel777 It is in other words the trunk of the main banana tree - You can get it in south Indian shops even in Europe. Sometimes you can just get the sap sold in Indian Stores. When I got the pain I was in England - I got the stem from a South Indian Store. FYI. Hope you can get it or find it.

Because my right kidney , my doc said has so many stones he cant count them I cant pass them on rt side do to issues. I tried everything for my calcium oxalate kidney stones, and nothing worked. I had multiple trips to the emergency room for extremely painful stones and even had lithotripsy. I had a kidney stone of 6.5mm and my doctor prescribed potassium citrate and zyloric tablets. but unfortunately I got serious allergic reaction. After 6 months I still have ha kidney stone of 4.6mm 😢. And now my doctor says drink 6 glass of diluted lemon water a day.😔
I have high calcium in my urine and my nephrologist just says don’t eat these and take these pills. Well it’s still high Everytime he has me do a 24 ht urine test. So take more pills because pill are the answer. Um no no they are not. 😡😡

Yeah but isn't Calcium a bit more tricky, though? What I read was that calcium from natural sources like dairy for example can be good for kidney stones while calcium from supplements can be bad for them as shown in some study.
