its called additional keybinds on Nexus Mods. Its extremely handy, the Icon you get for it can be clicked like a normal action button as well even if you dont want to use the hotkey its still better than having to open inventory every time.
oof i once almost got wiped against many orc warrior and a few orc behemoth and a orc warlord,took 20 turns,from 15 people ended up 5 left and 2 with permanent injury.
Its very effective not just in combat but also because you are inherently patching both Matk and Mdef shield maces so its a very effective use of even the most garbage low born. Same applies to Qatals you can use FA to patch Matk and the build uses dodge, the only hard req is a bro who can hit 140 int before pelt attachment (most low born have reasonable int to get there tho)

mace qatal seems really really really good
