The Burger King grilled chicken salad has 40 gm protein and 520 calories, plus you get more tomatoes and lettuce. No info on their website about if there is non or low fat dressing available. Nonfat has 15-25 calories a tablespoon instead of 60 to 85 or so.
My mother is diabetic and she's always like "I can eat this, I'll just shoot up a lil extra insulin" then her sugar won't even read on the meter it's so gd high. Respect to this dude tho. As a guy I know it's hard. Beer believe it or not will make your sugar drop even tho it has carbs.
Her mentality is what will eventually lead her to have complications from diabetes. I hope she realizes that her son having a mother is far more important than eating crap. 🧡
