Are they better than the other options on the menu? Sure. But this isn't what I'd consider something that's tenable for more than one meal or two during the week. Chipotle is a good example of how to do clean and healthy food without being too expensive. The main concern with Chipotle is the high sodium content, but that's not exactly unusual if you're eating out; high sodium levels in your foods aren't going to be avoidable if you eat out all the time.
What's the point of counting your macros if you don't know how. Based on the macros he gave, that was 632 calories. No way in hell that was 40g protein wtf max 30g with evrrything not just the chicken.
