Yeah no for sure, I agree with everything you said on the vid. I just found it funny cuz I saw some pics that were taken a week ago at a certain place and something occurred to me while looking at it, "Why does your hand look like that?" 😂
If it's purely for city driving, the Cfmoto with its twin is much easier to ride. It's also a little bit lighter than the zx4rr. And since it's got a 270° firing order, it sounds awsm. However, the Ninja400/500 would be my preference due to its reliability factor.

Since my city and area is always crowded then the lighter bike (Cfmoto) is good choice like you said. We don't have ninja 400/500 here but some used bike dealer have Cbr500r 2017.

Unfortunately, wala man big bike riding school dri Cebu. Naay manudlo for scooters but based sa akong observation, dli basics ila gina tudlo but rather mag knee drag² which is not right. Ang nindot is mag kuyog² kag people who are responsible riders and will teach you the right things.
Short answer: Yes. LONG: Para mu turn ang motor especially kanang heavy bikes, need counter steering. Then ang imong lean angle mag depende na sa imong corner speed, size and type sa corner, and type of motorcycle.
