How to throw the javelin | #2 | Warm up for beginners

Before we head out for a throwing session or technique workout we do have to warm our body up! This video shows you how to easily warm up for any javelin throwing session.

I try to work both sides of my body evenly for muscle balance, even though one side will always be dominant. Just think if they went back to old style where you had to throw with each hand and total the two distances...
