    1. Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps
    Ingredients (for 2-3 persons)
    600g pork belly
    1 liter of water
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    3 tablespoons of rice wine
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of black pepper
    1 scallion, cut into pieces
    1 onion, cut in half
    3 cloves of garlic
    10g of sliced ginger
    Other ingredients
    1/2 cabbage
    Kimchi
    Directions
    Slice ginger, slice onion and cut onion into pieces
    In a pot with a liter of water, add the pork belly and the ingredients for cooking the pork belly, cover with a lid and cook for one hour on medium-low heat.
    After an hour, let the pork belly cool and slice it about one centimeter thick for use.
    Arrange the sliced pork belly on a plate and top with kimchi and cabbage.
    To serve, place the sliced pork belly on top of the sliced cabbage and roll it up in the cabbage.
    2. Korean Soybean Paste Soup
    Ingredients
    Half an onion, 1 potato, 1/2 Korean zucchini, mushrooms, 1 scallion, 1 chili pepper, 1 tofu, 150g of lean pork, 700ml of stock
    Seasoning
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of garlic
    1 tablespoon of Korean soju
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    Soup base ingredients (can be substituted with ready-made chicken broth and water)
    1 kombu
    5 dried anchovies
    2 cloves of garlic
    Soup Base Directions
    Remove the heads and guts of the anchovies and set aside.
    In a pot, add one liter of water, anchovies and kombu, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, then serve the soup and reserve the stock for use.
    How to make Korean Soybean Paste Soup
    Cut onions, potatoes, zucchini , mushrooms, tofu, and lean pork into small pieces. Dice green onions and peppers.
    In a saucepan, add half a tablespoon of oil and sauté the pork, then add the onion, scallion, soy sauce, garlic and soju, chili, sugar, potatoes, and the anchovy stock.
    Add zucchini and mushrooms, and finally add tofu and cook for 20 minutes.
    3. Korean Chilli Pepper Salad
    Ingredients
    8 cucumber peppers
    1/2 a tablespoon of garlic
    1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    1/2 a tablespoon of water
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    Directions
    Wash cucumber and pepper, remove stems and dice.
    In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dip.
    Add the sauce to the diced bell peppers, mix well and enjoy.

    👍👍👍另外想請問韓國醬油可否用中式豉油或日式醬油代替,味道會差很遠嗎?

      日式昆布醬油偏甜比較合適 東北亞口味

      可以用其他醬油代替,味道可以再試味調較,味道會有點分別,但可以試一下喔,不用特意買多一支醬油
