Great progress! Would love to watch a service (to listen to the sermon as well as to see the technology in action) if you are comfortable sharing the stream.
I need some help; My pastors wife uses her Mac computer at the pulpit for worship and has a hdmi send that goes to the front tv. I have 1 mevo start. Its zoom in on the screen is not very good. How can i get the video from computer at the pulpit to the computer (2012 mac mini) that i use for livestream to facebook. Using ndi virtual and OBS. If there is a better setup please let me know. This is a small church; so looking for small scale setup.
Hello, I'm a Christian from France, we just installed a PTZ camera in our Church and I appreciate this video. I have a question : with the led panels on the ceiling, the image is flickering and that bothers me for the streaming. I tried every settings on the camera and on OBS to no avail. Would you have some tips to take care of that problem? Thank yhou
There is an audio and video delay feature if you’re using Multicam to set up the NDI. As far as PP7, just turn on the NDI feature in each Mevo camera and they will show up on the network for PP7 to find. I’ve never had to mess with sync on my PTZ/Mevo setup at church.
@JasonHoffmanYT thank you sir, also just subscribed and would 🙏 like to watch your church on the tely. Do you announce your church here or how can I watch?
Yes, I’ve found a way. And it will be a great solution for a lot of churches. But my volunteers are trained on ProPresenter7 and handle both in-house media as well as the stream. So it wont be my regular worship streaming device.
😢I just buy 3 set's, and i am very dessapoint them no quality video, I saw you have on the wall, but you énfasis on the plz model you have I don't have to many sources for get one I pry for hem God will open the door and wisdom 😁thanks brother
I think I understand your question, but if you think I missed it, lemme know. I can only speak for our church as we stream because of our home bound audience. The sanctuary is empty because we are in a church remodel, we have been meeting in our fellowship hall since the last sunday in August.
I do similar things at my church that Jason does. During the service a few elderly members watch live. I know and love these people that shaped my life. The recording is viewed later by a few of us on the praise team to adjust our music and the mix for the better. Your comment seems to be critical of a church that does a broadcast instead of people being in the church pews. I don’t think it’s up to you to judge that. Maybe I’m wrong and you don’t feel that way. Thank you Jason for your work. I appreciate it.
Live streaming services is about who isn’t attending on site YET as well as those who can’t attend on site. It’s a great outreach tool that can help someone find your church, see what your church is about (hopefully you’re preaching and teaching God’s word faithfully). People instinctively know that in order to truly pursue Christ, they can’t do it from their living room once per week - they know they need human-to-human contact. They know they need relationships. The livestream simply helps them “visit” your church in the most passive way possible.
Exactly what our church is looking for. Thankyou for a spectacular introduction to your setup. BTW not sure what your title is but you are a preacher
Glad it could be helpful! People said that about me a long time before I would admit it. Thankful for grace!!

Thanks Ed! We will be back in this space in the next couple of weeks so I can share what our stream is like then.

Reach out to me via the channel email (link is in the video description. We need to visit more than just in comments.
Hi, where could I find a sample of the live stream with this setup to check the quality of the venmo cameras? thank you!

If changing the hertz setting doesn't help I don't know.
@@JasonHoffmanYT Thank you for answering!
How do you synchronize your PTZ camera with Mevo cameras? And how do you get Mevo cameras into ProPresenter? Is it supports RTSP or NDI? Thank you!

If I mount camera from ceiling can I flip the picture?
Yes, setting is in image adjustments menu
Howd you connect your mixer to the stream?
Output from the board into one of the mevo cameras. We run a stream mix subgroup to get mixed sound.
Great vids, where is the setting to hang mevo upside down?
Image Adjustments and scroll almost all the way to the right. Thanks!

thanks Rick!
Haven’t found a way to integrate YoloBox Pro to your church live streaming setup yet?

@@JasonHoffmanYT awesome! Look forward to that.
Great video! Question, is pro presenter able to multi stream to multiple outlets.
Thanks! They’re leaning heavily on their Resi integration. To multi stream you’ll have to use this service or go thru Restream.io or similar.
@JasonHoffmanYT @Drae5 Or similar == PolyStreamer - made by the sound guy in our church, costs about $8 / month compared to restream's $40 plan.
HELLO can this run with switcher studio?
It’s been a couple of years since I tested SS so maybe someone else can pipe in on this…
And where is the mevo camera? Don't see??? Bcz is no good
2:45, 3:03 and 3:23.

Yes for a farther shot an optical zoom is necessary. But for the closer shots Mevo is what I use every sunday. Thanks for the comment.
Nice, but an overkill.
Why this PTZ?
It has NDI which allows me to make use of it across the network.
Interesting business... what about promoting truth and getting people together IN PERSON? have we sold out for the narrative?
